Tweezerman Rockhard Cuticle Nipper 1/2 Jaw Stainless Steel

These are high quality and very sharp. You will not have to pull or damage your skin with these. I have gone through a lot of these (other brands) some which were unusable immediately due to being cheaply made. I knew 6 months ago I should've bought these! Finally caved and although pricey, they are worth it. Tweezer man does not disappoint and the last 2 tools I've bought have last 2+ years so imagine this will too.

I really like these clippers. Much cheaper than going to a manicure every two weeks, I just do my own.

Do not hesitate to get these cuticle nippers! I have been so annoyed buying cuticle nippers the last few years because they all break after a few months. The "spring" piece would break off. I do not think this will happen with these new Tweezerman nippers. They are easy to hold and use; way easier on your hand. You can clip/nip both hands and your hand doesn't hurt. They are super sharp and easy to use. I have only used for a day but I am sold. Looking at the construction, I think these may last years!

Now: while the trimmers are very sharp, the spring on these just isn’t good enough. Quickly, the metal looses its spring. Instead of keeping the trimmers open, the spring does almost nothing. I physically have to open up the trimmer before each cut. Its resting position is just barely open as you can see in the second picture. I have purchased several of these and can say with confidence that the quality has gone down considerably. This issue with the spring is not an outlier. It’s now a common issue for the model. Original post 3 years ago: I absolute love the tweezerman trimmers. They are very sharp and precise - far more than anything else out there that I’ve tried. And I’ve tried a lot of these kinds of trimmers. Nothing comes close. Be careful, they are very sharp so you could hurt yourself more easily than with a generic or Revlon set - but that’s a natural consequence of having such good blades. I think they are hand filed/sharpened to get a great fit and sharp blade. Highly recommend

Very nice works well

The handles of these nippers are short and dig into the middle of my palm while using. They are extremely uncomfortable. I had to use quite a bit of muscle to squeeze them as the hinge is rather stiff, which is probably why they dig into my palm so painfully. Would not recommend to even my worst enemy.

Tweezerman has the best everything. Tweezer, eyelash curler, dermaplaner and cuticle nipper. The spring loaded end fits beautifully in the palm of your hand. It’s INCREDIBLY sharp, so know what you’re doing or you will bleed. I’ve purchased multiples of these for daughters, mother, and favorite things girlfriend Christmas party. Love!

Comfortable design to use and well made. Although different from regular type clippers, it seems to provide a good full hand grip, which would likely be helpful for someone with dexterity issues.

I have probably bought close to 10 different ones over the years and this one stands heads and shoulders above the others. The common problems with other designs have varied from poor construction, e.g. the blades don't even line up exactly (Boots); the spring being weak or 'sticky' i.e. not smooth in operation; to the tip bending/blunting when I have dropped them onto the bathroom tiled floor (my fault admittedly...) These came with a protective sheath over the blades, so no more accidental tip damage if they fall off the cupboard shelf!! Great smooth action, precision blades offering clean, sharp cuts. Heavy, sturdy feel.
