Really cool, just overpriced a bit
I really like this knife and I love the awesome looking sheath, Its just overpriced. Around 50, 60 bucks would be way more appropriate. The little finger guard is a kind of sharp and the handle slightly small and round. With that being said it's a really useful size and rides really nice on the belt. It's hard not to really like it. Fit n finish is not perfect but not off enough to complain. Overall classy little edc tool. If the price comes down a bit I would definitely buy another but for 100$ I can't say I would recommend.

Boker Arbolito Nicker: Is it really made in Germany?
The Boker knife trademark,(the Tree) is supposed to represent centuries of German craftsmanship and the highest standard of knifemaking skills. Well, that is what I thought too. I unpacked my new Boker Arbolito Nicker from it's cardboard box and unsheathed the blade, only to be dissapointed with this word: Argentina. Im sure that if I had read the fine print on Boker's website, I may have been warned of this knife's origin. But in my defense, the picture the website shows leads one to believe that this knife is made in Solingen Germany. I am completely dissapointed. If I wanted a Argentinian made knife, I would have spent 20$ at Wal Mart! Out of the box, this knife is not even sharp, the slabs of Stag-horn are not perfectly mated to be tang, and the blade is not polished to a "mirror finish" as described in the knife's description. The next time I want to spend over $100.00 on a German made knife, it will be a Puma, most certainly not be a Boker. I

I liked the style and design and it is exactly as advertised---very nice knife for the money
First of all, the fact that they are made in Argentina as opposed to China, was part of the decision to buy. There is not one feature of this knife that is a problem---I have a decent sized collection of hunting knives and this one is a keeper, fit and finish are excellant, the joint between steel and scales is totally smooth and it is a very handy and usable size---even the stag grip panels are well done [ not real big on one side and slim on the other as often happens with stag scales ]. Comes razor sharp, with a snappy little cleverly designed sheath----well worth the $66 cost--- John, in Louisiana

Works great for my uses. Not a fan of the sheath though it is a little strange but I have made one for it
