This is a lovely shampoo for everyday use if you want something gentle that leaves the hair feeling clean, soft and refreshed. It washes well without feeling too harsh, and my hair felt light and manageable afterwards. The scent is quite distinctive, with that classic herbal Aveda fragrance, so it feels a bit more spa-like than a standard shampoo.
