As happens so often it snowed unexpectedly. Wet, heavy snow. It's now 27°F and the sun shade is holding a great big lethal chunk of frozen snow. HOLDING is the key word here. It provided just the right amount of shade all summer long for my makeshift catio, kept the birds from flying in, kept rain out and now this. I highly recommend.

Use this on my desert rose seedlings, very good quality and easy to install. Used screws with wide nuts to use the mounting holes and avoid it from ripping. So far it's great.

This was a nice big shade cloth that really helped me during a heat wave. I had also purchased some cheap and crappy garden hoops that broke when used, but the shade cloth came through and even reached my fence posts so the garden hoops being faulty didn’t hurt my garden. Definitely works as intended.

I am using this mesh tarp as a DIY duck raft for diver duck hunting. I have PVC pipes zip tied to the sides, with decoys on 1' drops spread around. Makes for setting out a dozen decoys super easy and fast, and lets our dog swim right across the raft when it's in the water. Only downside is that the tarp seems to rip easily, any time it gets snagged in the boat or a duck gets snagged, it puts a hole in the tarp. It will easily last one season, but not sure how much longer than that.

After one Arizona summer, the edges are holding up well but the black of the shade itself is flaking off in tiny particles. Not something I want falling on my veggies. Would not purchase again.

My apartment has a double south facing window. The sun makes this room too hot to use. My mini blinds are yellowing. Got this shade cloth and placed inside between the window and mini blinds. Enough light comes thru so the room is not pitch black. Amazing how much cooler that room is. FANTASTIC.

I bought these to cover my vegetable garden because we have been hit by extended heat wave after heat wave here in California. I put these over my garden hoops and clamped them in place with pipe clamps. The netting stays in place and does everything I need it to. These are very well constructed and I plan to purchase more in the future.

I bought these in June, it's the beginning of October and they're basically all in tatters. I'm in Arizona so I understand that I'm dealing with Boss-level sun and I generally expect to replace most outdoor stuff every few years (with some exception) but these didn't even make it a few months.

Make sure the room you put it in is within the area it covers. We ran this once to check it out, and it was good. We are waiting for smokey days because we live in a potential wildfire zone

It's excellent for covering plants when it's really hot blocks the rays still let's the rain through
