Excellent product. Can be cut to exact size needed. As the product is silicone it clings to the toe and stays in place all day but also can be removed easily. Just brilliant.

Their okay. They stay on, they're cushy. They probably need trimmed to fit comfortably. They make your shoe feel "full". I'll use them in case of a "blister emergency', but I don't think they prevent one. At least they weren't expensive but I doubt that I would buy more.

I started getting bruised toes and bloody nails on my pinky toe and the toe next to it from daily 10 mile runs on pavement. No matter what shoes or socks I wore, my toes would take repeated impact from landing, and after long runs, they’d hurt too much i'd have to slow down. This has fixed my issue and my toes have went from angry red and inflamed to finally recovering.

My podiatrist suggested I use a silicone toe protector on my left foot second toe hammertoe to keep it from being rubbed in my shoe. These Zen Toes Toe Caps are doing the trick. My toe is more comfortable since wearing this cap.
