The best healing cream ever โ a true miracle in a tube! ๐ฟโจ
I honestly canโt say enough good things about this ointment! I bought it after hearing great reviews, and now I understand the hype. It works wonders on irritation, redness, minor burns, and even rashes. You feel relief almost instantly after applying it โ it cools, soothes, and protects the skin beautifully. Iโve used it for different things (chafing, diaper rash, and even after waxing) and it always works perfectly. A little goes a long way, and the tube lasts forever. It has a light menthol scent that feels refreshing but not strong. This is one of those products that everyone should have at home. Highly recommend! โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ

A miracle diaper cream
Was recommended this cream by the pediatrician. Works immediately for mild rashes, takes a day or so to get rid of really red/bad cases, but you see the results after every diaper. Definitely want to use this when nothing else works!!!

My cure all for rashes, bites, cuts, burns and more....
I was first introduced to the product when my doctor told me it would relieve and heal painful acid (bowl) rash around my stoma when I had an ostomy. It immediately cooled after an initial burning sensation for about 30 seconds ... and then it is pure relief and promotes healing. Ironically after I had my take down surgery I did not think I would need the product until one day I got a pretty bad sun burn and was looking for aloe or something to sooth it and came across this half used bottle. I put it on as I had nothing else to use and again at first it burns a bit but then it sooths and very much promotes healing. I started using it for cuts, blisters, and rashes I got during hot months-again miracle medicine. I went into the Peace Corps to a tropical area where it is warm-hot and very hot year long. This was my go to medicine for everything from bites, cuts, rashes and EVEN acne that flared up in the hot months around my chin and between my brows. Once after a dive, I was over heating a bit because it was so hot and I rubbed a bit on my face-it totally relieved the heat...and I looked goofy as Hell but I am a believer and my Peace Corps peers constantly were asking for "that pink medicine" I use for their ailments. Totally recommend! I think they still use the product extensively in Eastern countries and I recall seeing it more available at stores when I was a kid (70's) as a baby rash ointment but I cannot find it in any pharmacy and no-one even knows what it is...not even my younger doctors. it is one of those old remedies that have been out marketed but not out-smarted! Amazon is my go to place and this 3 - pack is one of the best deals (paying between $6-7 for 4oz).

Great for pressure/bed sores, mixed results with Poison Ivy
Great ointment, hard to find in stores. I had initially purchased it years ago for a bedsore for an elderly family member. Healed it up very quickly. Had a little left over and when I got exposed to Poison Ivy recently - and it spread to my groin area (yeah, ouch), I quickly pull this out because the skin in the groin area is so sensitive and anything else I tried on the rash there was just making the situation worse. This actually healed the rash there in about 3-4 days - amazing. So I tried it on my ankles which were a hot mess and it took away the itch there, but the healing was going very slow. Then I tried it on my arms and I thought I was going to scream - for some reason it made the itching worse. So great for sensitive skin, not so much on "weathered" skin. It's also just about impossible to wash off your skin and forget getting it out of any clothes that it rubs against - despite washing several times in bleach and vinegar, I ended up having to throw out several pairs of socks and underwear - nothing would remove that pink stain. So just be aware of that going in. Despite that, I will always keep this on hand - it really heals.

Calmoseptine ~ Simply Amazing
During a lengthy hospital and physical rehabilitation stay. My grandmother developed pressure sores. From being bed-ridden while being treated for a bad case of cellulitis in her legs. The hospital nurses first tried to treat with Destin and Remedy Diaper creams that didn't work and she became level 3 and open. We asked the WOC nurse that was coming to treat her legs , what else could be done. Calmoseptine was recommended once the pressure dressing could be removed once she was considered a closed pressure sore. This ointment really works! It is also specifically labeled for these types of wounds or feeding tube or ostomy drainage issues along with incontinence rashes. Destin and Remedy are labeled for baby diaper rash only. While Calmoseptine can be used for diaper rash in babies too. After seeing how quickly the Calmoseptine healed the pressure sores orignally and helped stop a flare up from reoccurring I won't consider using anything else for grandma. Therefore would give it my highest recommendation to others . For those who are like are family and deal with severe allergy reactions. Here is some information about Calmoseptine I had to really search for. Special Allergy information : Calmoseptine doesn't contain the following Latex Nut &nut oils Wheat Gluten Fish Oil Dairy It does contain : Lanolin and Menthol. Source Calmoseptineointment.com.

Gooey!
Not sure if I spelled that right but it is very gooey coming out of the tube. First when I got this I thought it was old as it is so hard to get out of the tube and once you smear it where you need to, it is like getting grease off your fingers. You almost have to wipe them first with a paper towel then wash them. After reading other reviews, I figured out this is the consistency of this item. HOWEVER, after having a hysterectomy a year ago I got a rash "down there" and got lectured by my doctor for not coming in sooner. He gave me a prescription for some cream that did absolutely nothing. I bought this to give it a try. After finally getting some out of the tube and smearing it where needed, it did feel cool as other people commented and it did cut out the scratching. I was very surprised how it controlled itching better than a prescribed drug. I have been using this daily since I got it last week and I think the itching has just about stopped. This seems to be a perfect product for a rash or itching. It works good, it gave my fingers a great workout trying to get it out of the tube and the price was much cheaper than a prescription. Thanks for a good product. 02/12 Another update on this; saw I had a yeast infection under one breast that burned/itched like crazy. I put this on yesterday after washing myself and the redness is gone and no itching. It was nice and cool going on. Still a workout getting it out of the tube, but I found another great use for it.
