A life saver at a really physical job
I'm not going to say this is THE best creatine out there, but it should be at the top of the list. I first bought this because I wanted a convenient pill form of creatine and I wasn't too happy with other brands I had tried. I used to be a hardcore gym rat so I've taken my fair share of supplements but I also started taking this one because I started a real physical job ...and I'm no longer a gym rat, I was definitely out of shape when I started my physical job and muscle memory wasn't enough to save me but this AMP creatine has done the trick. It works good from the start but in a few days you fully feel the difference. I used to go home dead after an 8hr shift but now I occasionally do make it back into the gym after a hard days work and I can feel this creatine kick in even more when I hit the weights. It'll be a long time before I stray away from this stuff. As for shipping, I ordered in the middle of summer and it came out of a hot UPS truck. I try and keep my supplements dry and cool so I was a little bummed about that, so lesson learned, don't order in a heat wave if possible, but they still turned out fine. I can't say enough good things about this stuff, and here on amazon its like getting the sale price they have in stores.

My preferred Creatine HCL
0Amplified Creatine 189 is a designer creatine, it's a Creatine Hydrochloride to be exact. I've used creatine on and off for a couple of years now but this past July I got serious about exercise and this product took my training to the next level. Numerous brands of Creatine Monohydrate graced my shelves over those lackluster years - I'm not a fan. Yes, it works (when used properly). Yes, it's far less expensive than designer creatines (1000 grams costs around 10 bucks. Yet, I don't like it because of the loading phases needed, the huge amount of fluids necessary to properly ingest those phases, and the consequent water weight you'll be carrying during those times. I don't feel amazing on it; it's not worth the hassle in my opinion. Though, it's also my opinion that you should try the cheap stuff before buying anything fancy. It's better to try cheap and if it works, more power to you.In 2-3 months of Amplified Creatine, 3 day interval lifting workouts, protein heavy diet, and other supplements (fish oil, multivitamin, BCAAs) my body weight went from 170 to 203. My frame isn't massive, I'm 5'10. Not all of it was muscle but at least 15lbs of it was. Use it properly (in conjunction with all those above things) and you will get results. Read, read, and read some more on how to achieve your goals and plan accordingly. Don't just rely on gym tool bags' blogs, one trainer's opinion, or similar for your research material. Figure out what are your goals be it hypertrophy (myofibrillar or sarcoplasmic - yes, there's a difference), weight loss, whatever; increase your perspective - that's the most important thing in life, let alone in fitness. What I love most about this product is that it's a capsule. I absolutely adore that; makes it much easier to use (in my case), monitor exact dosage, etc. I recently just finished 1.5 months of Con-Cret Micro and am ordering Amplified yet again because it's so easy to take.I'm not a fan of GNC in general - commission driven sales people, high prices, and limited selection - but as I've said plenty of times in this review, this product is awesome. Do your research, experiment with supplements/exercise, and stick to your goals.P.S. Deadlifts, free bar ones - King of Mass.

Love it!!
It works good, I have no complaints. The only thing I have to say is that after you take it you will notice yourself getting slightly puffy, this is because this creatine is a monohydrate. This means it will make your cells retain water. So don't flip out because your not getting leaner wait for your body to drain the fluid, it will leave lean, healthy muscles. Creatine is very natural, it's a natural acid in the muscles that helps build muscle. The product works well, and I hope this helps someone! :) definitely recommend!

Great Results
This purchase was the 2nd time I've bought this product. It's given me great results every time with weightlifting, and I can definitely see an increase in performance over the course of the time I take it. The actual results from this product are pretty prominent, as I tend to not be able to fit my shirts as well any more :DOverall, it's a great product, and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for an increase in performance at the gym and faster recovery, which equates to some more muscle. Just know, using the product (and creatine in general) doesn't make you gain muscle just by taking it. Aside from some other things, it mainly gives you more energy at the gym, helping you lift more weight. It's about the work you put into it.

Tablets too large but works great
Works great, tablets are stupid large and make me choke half the time I take them.

Didn't digest at all!
I had to write a review for this product after discovering the worst. I had been purchasing this creatine product for at least 6 months. It cost more than others but I figured it was worth it since the tablets were easier to take for me than powder. But I couldn't really feel much of a difference. Here comes a gross out factor so stop if you have a weak stomach. So I kept noticing what looked like white beans in my stool from time to time and I always figured it was something I had eaten. But i hadn't eaten ANY beans for a long time so it was odd. Then it finally clicked - it was the pills! They were passing right through me. I didn't digest anything I was consuming. I was literally pooping out all the money I spent. I will never purchase this product again. Waste
