Straight forward install. Works well. Could reduce the number of symbols on the thermostat

I bought mine in 2018 and it's still going strong. I hope they still support parts I've been happy with mine all these years.

So far very happy. Unit is very powerful and noise levels are great. Without watching the amp gauge it is tough to tell when the compressor kicks on. I unfortunately had an issue a week after the the install. I called in at 530 pm and my call was taken right away. That was a Monday night then by Friday a replacement unit was at my house. Likely the original was slightly damaged during shipping. Unfortunate however the customer service I received was outstanding. Highly recommend this product abd this company.

Purchased it, installed ran for two minutes and now wont power up. Called customer service no response.

Replaced a 20 year old system, easy swap out as everything was in place. Only problem I had was the screws for the access cover were in so tight I stripped the screws. Other then cheap over tight screws it works good for both AC and heat.

I installed this to replace a Dometic 16k unit in my 1989 Carver. The installation was pretty easy with all parts except the air splitter being a direct fit. The unit cools very well and is quieter than the original, it also draws less power and is 10-15 pounds lighter. A great money saving retrofit that's highly recommended for older yacht owners.

Heat always generates e4 code and shuts off but AC works well

Used this unit to replace our old Marineairrr 16000 btu unit that wasn't working as well as it used to. Now the boat is nice and cool, even in the middle of the day. Swapping the units took about 3 hours. I wish I had done it months ago.
