Will this fit toyota altezza 1g-fe engine?

Not sure but this filter is in the tank at base of fuel pump and sending unit. It will work on multiple denso pump assemblies. I replaced this filter on a 2002 Toyota Rav 4. Easy in a way as I just had to flip up rear driver side seat, pull back carpet, removed rubber access plug, removed wire connection to pump, remove screws and pull up pump assembly. Make sure you have a rag to prevent any fuel dripping on car interior. Mark/GilMar services

Will this strainer fit the Denso 951-0001 fuel pump? Amazon says the fuel pump will fit my Tacoma, but not the strainer.

I cant answer that question for you. However, I replaced this filter on my wifes 2002 rav 4 just as preventive maintenance as the car has high mileage. I did this a few years back. It was easy to replace-take out rear seat on driver side, lift up carpet, remove black circular cover and you will see top of tank and fuel pump. The new filter had all what I needed. If I ran into an issue I would remember. Hope this helps. mark
