I have bought these several times both here and at costco. However costco has not been carrying strawberry. I use them intermittently as a meal replacement or when I am on the go and need a quick boost of protein. They have less salt than the comparable orgain product. While I am a fan of strawberry flavored items in general, this has a bit of a weird nestle quick fake strawberry taste however it's still palatable and it is not at all gritty like some other products. It goes down smooth and I did not experience any after taste. I think the chocolate is the best flavor. I have finished almost all of the strawberry and I have since purchased the chocolate flavor which tastes pretty good when it's cold.

work out, or work hard outdoors, this is a good way to get a nice batch of muscle-repairing protein back into your systemi am always hesitant with these flavors, as they can just be downright nasty in some forms.this, is a genuinely enjoyable flavor. toss this and some frozen berries into a blender, and have aprotein smoothie with beneficial berries and all the antioxidants, extra vitamins and minerals.and is almost like dessert.. go figure..value wise, this isnt bad.. SAMS club, as 24 packs that are a bit cheaper, but,not always in any flavor but chocolate, which is.. OK.... i definitely mix that with berries fora frozen smoothie drink, i dont care for it as much as the strawberry, which is FINE to drink on its own.sort of easy to hold, i mean, i down it quickly if its just one..

It does have that artificial taste but I needed the added protein. They don’t taste chalky or anything and they are easy to drink fast.

This was great! Good value and good taste. Exactly what I was hoping for when it came to strawberry...not sure how much "'n' creme" taste there was, but not sure what that tastes like to begin with.Only thing with muscle milk is after like 5 minutes of drinking it, it leaves a protein-y, kind of gross aftertaste. I usually just drink water after to avoid it. It's really not that bad, but something I noticed over time of drinking it. I'll probably get it again at some point!

We bought these for my mom after a stroke because she wasn't wanting to eat, she drank a few hesitant but really didn't like them. I tried them and they were delicious but I probably won't buy for my own consumption because they have more sugar and calories and I can't leave them alone till they are drank.

I'm trying to lose 10 to 15 pounds and muscle milk allows me to get my protein needs while cutting calories. I've been drinking muscle milk for 2 decades! Muscle milk is also very convenient when you have a busy job with no time for breaks. Good quality protein with very low sugar. That's why I have been using for so long. Great tasting also, and doesn't have that gritty protein taste and texture.
