I use this Sicce pump for an auto water change system in my fish room. It offers plenty of head height and gph flow to make water changes quick and efficient. This pump will detect if the water is low and shut down to avoid running dry and causing damage to the pump. Features like this set it apart from others. Well worth the price.

I used as a return pump in my freshwater sump for a 75 gallon aquarium. Works great very quiet no complaints. Would not hesitate to purchase Sicce pump for any future sump projects.

There is nothing to dislike about it , the best pump for sump period.

While this may be a great pump, I sent it back because it was not a controllable dc pump as advertised in the description. This pump is a regular voltage AC pump.

This is my 5th Sicce pump I've purchased and they just keep getting better and better! The best.

I have one of these and a different brand in my 40g sump for my 180g tank. When the pump works as it is intended it is great but unfortunately a few times the pump has decided to suck in water from the wrong end rather than pump out water which has caused fish to be sucked into my sump. It has sucked in 12 fish 4 of which perished. I am not sure why it occasionally does this. I emailed their customer service multiple times but have not gotten a response.
