Does exactly what a switch plate should do.
This is the correct size for a Fender Jaguar, so it works perfectly. It's plenty chrome-y, so it fits right in on my guitar.I got a NOS Kurt Cobain Jaguar, but actually prefer the regular 3 switch to the toggle selector. Instead of the bright switch, I wired them as 1. Neck (on/off) 2. Bridge (on/off) 3. Neck (humbucker/split to single). Couldn't be happier. Now, other than the two humbuckers and TOM bridge, my guitar looks like a stock Jaguar.Perfect fit. This is a genuine Fender part in Fender packaging.

Good quality, a little pricey
Good switch plate, but as with everything Fender a little pricey for a tiny chunka stamped and chromed metal. Still, it's the only available that I'm aware of.

Did not fit perfectly.
This didn't fit My Mexican jaguar properly, it fit in the slot but there was a small amount of space around the top end. I hated how it looked and removed it and just used my old one with slight oxidation on it.
