Alesis DRP100 Electric Drum Set Headphones

These headphones have been a pleasant surprise in every category. The fit is secure without feeling tight, and the padded cups sit comfortably even during long sessions. The sound quality is much better than expected for the price, with clear highs, solid mids, and enough low end to feel balanced without muddying anything. They work well for both monitoring and general listening. The design feels sturdy and purposeful. Nothing feels flimsy, the hinges hold their position, and the cable has held up well with regular use. Volume control responds smoothly and allows for good fine tuning, especially when switching between devices. After extended use, they still feel comfortable, reliable, and consistent. A great choice if you want dependable over-ear headphones that perform well without costing a fortune.

I bought these after my gaming headset wasn’t doing the trick for my Alesis Nitro Mesh drum kit. These headsets are perfect for the aforementioned electric drum kit. If you have been on the fence about whether or not you should buy these, I would highly recommend. I was using some gaming headphones that cancel noise when I play video games but they didn’t cancel any noise for my drums. I could hear the pads being smacked and the audio wasn’t good. When I would listen to music and play along, it was faint and I couldn’t hear the drums, felt like I was listening through a supermarket radio in the back rooms. The alesis headset fixed all of those problems. They cancel the noise so well that it feels like you are playing real drums. The audio played through your phone is crisp and clear as you could ask for. These are perfectly designed for this drumset. I can’t say anything on durability as I’ve only had this for a month, but I trust this brand

I got these after my Sony playstation headphones broke, they don't sound as good as the Sony's but they are very decent and for the price I can't complain. fit well over ears, they don't move and the cable is long enough for most uses, I added an extension braided cable so that I have extra length and I can connect them to my drum module while being able to place the cord behind me. you can turn the volume to ear shattering levels and they will still sound great. they bring every nuance of electronic drums and work well with other music sources, they might seem a little too much in the mid range as they are not as bass heave as say Beats, but because of that, they don't distort when playing electronic drums.

I was excited to use these and the excitement continued when they came in the mail. I play the electric drum set in a worship band and only used them twice a week. After the first time I used them I loved them. They have great sound and look very professional. After a month of using them twice a week the left side went completely out. They would come back sometimes, but wouldn't stay. I was frustrated that they stopped working right before I was supposed to play. After one side went out the sound was horrible. Tried to her a new pair and the protection plan is crap also. I got rid of the box and they wouldn't let me return them. Not worth the money.

4 stars for being good at what they are for. But it seems they can run into trouble over time. To borrow another reviewer, because how many ways can you say it: "First, these are not multimedia headphones - the sound is dry and flat, different recordings are heard unequally. So they are good for studio work and not very good for consumer use. I like these for playing or playing along with music/band as they sort of feature the lows/mids and compress everything together so nothing stands out too much and everything is a little easier to hear. Making it easier to follow with everyone else. They also do well with handling the lows and attack from an electronic kit.

The adapter that comes with it is already on the cord. I looked everywhere, and even called Amazon support. Then I looked on the earphones to see if it was on them, and finally pulled in the plug, but discovered it is screwed on. It doesn't pull off. I looked in the box and in the black bag. But it's screwed into the end of the cord.

These are great. They completely isolate my ears from the tapping sound of hitting the alesis hihat! It had been driving me nuts hearing the tap, tap, tap! Now all I hear is the symbol sound. They are warm as big but very happy with them. Sound quality is awesome for the drums. Happy with the purchase - recommend.

It worked great - for 10 month. Used it exactly 8hrs/week. Now the right channel keeps cutting out. Won't buy it again.

Well built and comfortable to wear

Decent sound but after 4 months of good care, the right headphone stop working suddenly.

Like I've never heard my drums before! The two gong sounds are excellent (didn't hear that through my PA) and all the sounds are very discrete and distinct. Just got these so I haven't tried them out long-term but first impressions: Excellent! Highly recommended. The foam is pretty stiff so they may be tiring after more than an hour but I didn't notice any discomfort yet myself.

Hörlurarna sitter bekvämt och sluter tätt utan att det blir obehagligt. Kabeln är lagom lång och är ganska bra skyddad . Personligen upplever jag att dessa hörlurar dominerar i mellan registret och saknar lite djup men denna ljudbild kanske är optimalt för just digital trummor. Om jag kopplar direkt till modulen så får jag ett ganska balanserat ljud som känns lite klen för mig. Kopplar jag den till en stärkare då får jag pilla många timmar innan ljudet blir som jag vill . Jag tyckte nästan att mina gamla okända lurar levererade mer djup än dessa men de var inte lika praktiska och bekväma som Alesis lurarna.
