I really don’t remember. Not overly big because the bike needed to be assembled.

Is it too soon to get it for my 9months old? She is about 26.3" and 13.3lb and hasn't walked but can stand her own .

No. You should wait until your child is walking and balancing very well. We bought this for our grandson when he was about 1 year and 9 months.
