FHMHJH Spider-Man Toy Model, Avengers: Spider-Man Action Figures Are About 14 Cm 6 Inches Tall And Are Suitable For Children Over 3 Years Old.

For nearly £40 this spider man model looks as if I could have bought it for a fiver at Tesco. The model’s detachable parts are either faulty or too loose and some movable parts are too stiff to move smoothly. The neck is way too long and the head is out of line with the rest of spider man’s body. I’ve just opened this model and straight away the head came off because of loose parts. Aswell as this, some of the joints don’t move at all. The joints of the figure are also visible where they weren’t in the photos provided. Looking at the pictures attached to this item, the model looks robust and perfect, actually. I am therefore highly dissatisfied with this extremely low quality breakable figure and am returning immediately after I received it. I honestly cannot believe that I spent £38 on this. In addition to all this, the time it took for the parcel to arrive was over a week longer than I was initially led to believe. (Updated) However, I asked for a refund and the seller contacted me very promptly after I emailed the seller. They have offered me a full refund and for me to keep the toy. I have balanced the star rating to three as the toy was not good but the customer service was five star.

Hands fell off on day 1 and dont fit back in.Customer service suggested I fix it myself :)It actually looks quite good so it could serve as a ornamental toy.

Absolutely not suitable for children 3 - 4yrs. This is quite likely a knock off. The photos are most likely stock photos.
