I thought they were larger to be honest, each dice is sort of the size of your fist. Good product tho, handy to have at home if you just want to do some quick exercise & not be fiddling with searching for a class online. Very light foam.

Excellent piece of kit and great fun. Description doesn't say what is on the dice so I'll fill you in:Dice 1: 10 Reps, 20 Reps, 30 Reps, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 90 seconds.Dice 2: Jumping Jack's, Press Ups, Crunches, Lunge Walks, Squats, Phoenix Fitness LogoMe and my wife use these for circuit training taking turns to roll them. Makes it easier to blame the other one if you end up with 90 seconds of your least favourite exercise.If it lands on the logo we rest for the length of time the other dice lands on or do burpees if it lands on it too early in the workout.We are both into our gym and fitness and a 30 minute workout with these is very hard work and leaves you very tired and sore the next day (though I guess it depends how hard yu work...). I also use them as a 10 min warmup before doing something else. Save me having to think about what I want to do or "cheat" and give myself something easy. It's up to the dice.I did think they might lack versatility, but you can switch it up by thinking "if it lands on press ups I'll pick up some dumbells for arm curls" etc.I would definitely recommend these.

Nephews loved these. One is in the army ( and he now knows how to do a sit-up!)and the other is a tennis coach, so brilliant fun to add to their fitness regimes. Useful teaching aid for tennis warm ups as well.

Dice fine but box arrived torn and damaged- not a delivery issue as outer packaging perfect. Makes it look shabby as a gift. Out as otherwise great looking product.

Fun way to approach exercise. Dice are well made and clear. 90 secs of some of the exercises maybe a bit excessive for beginners. No coaching points given as to how the exercises could be adapted for the less able/elderly person. I would suggest they are used by a fairly active person.

Fun way to get kids to consistently do workouts in the summer. A little pricier than I would love liked to pay but does the job in bringing some fun to the workout. Overall a good purchase.
