TiAL Diaphragm Assembly for 38/41/44mm Wastegates

I used this to repair a blown diaphragm on a Chinese knockoff wastegate. The quality of construction was evident with the two side by side, the genuine Tial unit is vastly superior, lots more Kevlar, better weave, and the silicone was of higher quality. So far it's working out perfectly. I highly recommend watching some Youtube videos on replacing it before you do. It's very straightforward but if you don't take your time you can pinch and damage the diaphragm in the process. I used an allen wrench to tuck the lip of the diaphragm into the channel in the wastegate after I'd tightened 3 of the 6 bolts to hold tension on the clamshell. A clamp helps get the process started.
