Worst product don't buy it.. Its hard to consume..

Steel cut oats are almost as good for health as whole oat groats, being only minimally processed from the groats. I used to have whole oat groats but those were not certified organic. I recall from a video by Plant Based Science London that it is much preferred and important for oats to be organically grown. This brand is certified organic so I now have these although they are not the entire oat grains (groats). These steel cut oats are delicious and easy to cook too. I have ordered them for myself more than once, have them regularly in my rotation of grains, and have also introduced them to two people, gifting to them.

Healthy and tasty

This is not the traditional organic oats you get in USA or Europe, like Quaker or Whites., may be this is the Indian version oats.

Does Organic have to be so much more costly than non organic.. Really curious if it has become a money making idea.

Excellent Oatmeal, Kids love it. I soak it overnight in hot water and cooks fast in about 15 mins in the morning.
