Yes, bull glass, nice weight. The only plastic??? None that I know of, the only area where there might be is thestopper... however, upon looking at it and feeling it, maybe not... it is a very nice, wine decanter. Hope this helps

43 oz - 127 cl h 12 1/4" - 308 mm diameter 5 1/4" - 134 mm

Q: What is the diameter of the base of the decanter? How steady is this bottle? it looks like it can roll over and fall over easily.

I do not have the actual measurements of the diameter of the base, but the decanter is stable with enough heft without being heavy to be harder to tip over than a bottle of wine.
