Yeah its $20 for a reason but it may work for your use
For microsurgery practice, I would recommend that you don't buy these and rather find something on eBay. For other uses, this may work. The unlocking mechanism frequently got caught, and it was just overall difficult to use. After a few days, one of the locking pieces came loose, which made the piece unusable. It's a fine product for $20 but absolutely doesn't match up to a higher quality set of Castros.
