Ok so I am re writing my review. When I first started this product the first day I took 1 pill and felt fine and no side effects. The 2nd day I did the same and felt nauseous all day. Sooo the 3rd day I ate a piece of toast before taking the pill. Much better and I would recommend people with sensitive tummies to do the same. It's been 4 days since I started talking this product with a piece of toast and no other side effects. And as of today I am now taking 1 in the morning and 1 at night. Not seeing much results but hopefully in a few days I will. I am glad however I am not running to the bathroom constantly like you do with other products and I hope with me increasing to 1 pill twice a day won't change that. Okay, take it easy if you are a small meal couple of times a day eater.. take one the first two days, never before sleep, late afternoon or with biggest meal. then skip a day. then go back to one a day for two days, again skip a day.. it does what it says it does greatly. feel more energetic within 10 days.. of course during the first 10 days, system is cleaning.. so stay as active as you can, drink your water.. do not take other fiber products on the days you are taking this. this includes your omega products.. no serious gas or uncomfortable except that one day, then i skipped a day, after i learned that two a day was too much for me.. and learned that one a day for two days and then skip is best for me.. can find your balance if you just base it upon how much food intake you do.. on a light day, take one.. i am enjoying it.. hope you will also.. will do this again..

I take one capsule in the morning right when I wake up, and another before I go to bed. If you read my part 1, you'll know I did a vegan fasting, during that time, I had no sweets, no meat, no fried foods, no carbs. Basically fruits and veggies, water, and lots and lots of potatoes. I also started a new job, one that did require a bit more movement. During that first week, I did lose 2 1/2 -3 lbs. After, I went back to eating normally, and now that I have four days worth of pills left, I have lost a total of 8lbs. I never felt a rush to use the restroom, but when I went, I went (lol). There were a few times that I forgot to take them in the morning, so if you don't forget, and you have even a semi active life, you'll definetly have good results. If you're a beginner to the cleanse fad, this is definetly for you.

This my first ever colon cleanse. I did some research and decided on green river heath gentle colon detox cleanse. It showed up on time and have received some awesome customer service by email just checking in to see how I like the product. The capsule is easy to swallow and I like that it is the veggie capsules that you can see into. The instructions recommend only taking one a day for the first few days and then from then on one in the morning and one at night. I like that because it gives your body the chance to adapt to what the ingredients are going to be doing for your body but not too fast. I didn't take this to loose weight I started it because I truly wanted to cleanse my body of toxins that are in other foods that I do eat. I have seen a slight weight loss and I know my body is cleansed. When I first started the cleanse my husband warned me to always be around the toilet but with this product there was no need for that. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to start a colon cleanse.

I have been using the product for 2 weeks. it did cause some cramping and lots of gas. I can't use it in the morning, because I work and find myself too frequently of visits to the bathroom. However, I did find my clothes fitting a bit loose in the waist area. I stopped taking the pills for two days and have resumed. Not as bad as the initial use. I must say I use Chiro- cleanse and have the same effect. I believe I'm sensitive to any type of cleanser. My review may not be helpful. It arrived very quickly though and I have received numerous requests to review the product. I wanted to finish the bottle first. When the bottle is gone, I'll post again.

I have tried so many colon cleanse. Some, you have to take so many big pills and the results come with stomach cramps. This is not the case. Very easy to take and very effective. I only take 2 a day and I get great results. I will recommend this 100 percent. Any body that reviewed this and said it made them bloated, I don't know how this will make you bloated. I usually use 2 tea bags when I use those colon cleanse teas to get a relieve. But this I on take 2 medium sized capsules and that does it. By the way, I wasn't given this to try for a review. I stumbled upon this on Amazon in my search for a much safer and natural cleanser.

I purchased this for my husband so that he could meet his fitness goal. He needed to lose 14 lbs in 3 weeks to make weight. This has been a great experience for me. I was often bloated in my stomach. Once i began the cleanse, it went away. It was not harsh on my stomach and did not have bathroom emergencies. I was able to use the restroom with a nice flow without the bloat, if you knowwhat i mean. I wouldn't definitely pass this product on to my friends.
