Has anyone used this wedge for Achilles surgery and what size was best?

First let me say that I am not a doctor. I have poor circulation in my legs a condition called Dermatitis stasis. I bought this wedge to elevate both of my legs while sleeping. It works great for that purpose. However, maybe not the ideal wedge for the achilles. There are other wedges specifically designed for therapeutic comfort while elevating the achilles. Try searching Amazon for "achilles wedge". I found a few there.

Can I return this product?

No return/refund unless the reason is Amazon's or the carrier's fault such as the item arrived damaged. Amazon's preliminary statements make it sound as if one can return/refund even stating the time limit. You won't find out until after getting into the return/refund screens. Not a god business practice, Amazon!

I’m 6’3” 200 lbs. should i buy the 8” or 10” model? also not sure if i should want my feet hanging off the end or not.

Definitely, the 10". You're 6'3" if you don't want your feet hanging over then you'll have to move the DMI Ortho wedge away from you buttocks. Even for a person under 6' you have to do the same. No way around it. The bottom of the wedge is 30.5" and if your legs are longer then that elevated, your feet are going to hang over like most of the pics here.

What is this pillow actually made of and what low voc chemical components ARE used?

the tag says "all new material consisting of 100% polyurethane foam"
