Unbelievably fast shipping! It came quicker than advertised,which shows that this seller wanted to go above and beyond what’s expected. This carpet cleaning machine is also awesome and super easy to use. I used to tent the Bissell Green Machine from Lowes quite often and I really liked the results of the Green Machine. I wanted to own a machine that had the two tank system and cleaning brushes simular to the Green Machine, but not break my budget trying to own one. After alot of research I found this Hoover Dual Power Pro to be the closest I could find to the Green Machine I used to rent. The dual cleaning brushes look just like the ones on the Green Machine and work just as well, but this Hoover Dual Power Pro is much easier to maneuver. The cleaning brush attachment works much better than the Green Machine. It came with three attachments by the way. A spinning scrub brush, a spot treatment sprayer, and a upholstery attachment with small manual bristles with a nice bag to store them all in. This carpet cleaner machine also holds more water than other domestic cleaning machines, I believe it holds a gallon. Using this machine is so simple and convenient. I whip it out quite a bit because I have a elderly dog with bladder problems. It’s easy to grab it and immediately spot clean before a stain sets in. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning machine. Such a great deal!

I needed a good shampooer that wasn't gonna break the bank. This was definitely it. It handle business like a pro, made my carpet a whole lot better. Just like most shampooers, it stills needs the emptying of dirty water and refill of solution, so it could take a while to get everything done. However, it do feel like it didn't wait too long for the floor to dry. The attachments are nice, and I actually hope I get to use some for my cars seats that really need it. I appreciate the spinning brushes, compared to using one that doesn't, it makes the shampoo process much easier. And one of the best parts is that it's pretty thin and not super bulky.

ok, so kids, cats & dogs w/ a messy husband = not a luxury hotel setting, but this really did a good job getting up stains using my hottest tap water + homemade cleaner w/ enzyme + an enzyme pretreat spray. i did find wanting more suction when pushing it like a vacuum, but i was drowning my carpets because i was pretreating and using enzymes to really get through the fibers due to an aging cat leaving urine for me. gross, but it extracted and fluffed what I was SURE was ruined carpet. i used the hose attachment to really soak the baseboard area and used it to extract also. this was the best suction method - think big shopvac with built-in cleaning sprayer, now go back over it again to extract like a vacuum. (also did this for the kids mystery stains to get way down in pad- slime making is still a thing at our house -(insert sigh and eye roll)). even my clean carpets professionally steamed a couple months ago was pulling in dirty water, so yes i'm happy with it and it cleans up easy in 5 min! you might be tired, but clean it after your done so the fibers will slide right out.... think dirty dishes - leave them to dry and you might need to re-soak to remove gunk. same with keeping your carpet cleaner clean.

I LOVE this shampooer! I have an area rug in my living room that gets gross and dirty because I have 2 dobermans who track in dirt and one of them was only 3 months old at the time I purchased this, so we were still house training. This works amazing and gets my rug super clean! Just make sure you follow the directions. I've used this to clean the furniture too and that also works well, however, sometimes the sprayer function on the upholstery cleaner gives me problems and doesnt want to spray. I have found out that what personally works way better on the furniture, is to put the diluted cleaning solution in a spray bottle, spray the spot that needs cleaned on my furniture, use a brush to scrub it, and then use the upholstery attachment to "rinse" it. All in all, a great shampooer for a great price!!

I had to hurry up and use this. And Hoover is a winner for sure. Light weight, easy glide, great carpet scrubbing. This is a winner if you dont want the big huge kind. This was an excellent redesign to provide same power in a light weight design. I had the previous model where the waste water tank sat on top of the brushes. Made the whole machine so heavy...this is soooo much better..and this one has a really wide nozzle to cover more carpet area. I am impressed and it is worth the buy. Glad I upgraded.

I bought this after having good results with my previous Hoover carpet cleaner. After I washed my carpets they still felt VERY wet. I'm a Chemical Engineer so I did a little experiment. Measured volume of clean water put in and dirty water recovered. With my old Hoover, it was usually around 45-50% recovered. After measuring 5 full tanks, this new unit only picked up between 16-21% of the water is sprayed. Heck, I might as well use a water hose to clean my carpet! That is a lot of water left in the carpet. And, lets face it, it only removes dirt if it comes up with the dirty water. I called Hoover. We ran through troubleshooting. As I suspected there was no defect in this cleaner. It is just a really bad design. The suction lip is too wide and sits too high to adequately remove water. I bought a Bissel instead and it pulled up about 44-48% and felt a lot dryer. Pick another cleaner!

Love it. I just did my entire apt. I like the wash and rinse feature. The rinse is to pull up more water after you wash it. Also has a clean boost option that takes out carpet stains quick and efficiently. Ended up also using the hose and the power brush for a small kitty tree. Super easy and works great as well. For the price its more than I expected. Definitely worth the money!! Also cleans super easy when your done using it.

Had a Hoover in the past, lent it out to a family member that never returned it. Bought this to replace the one we lost. This one has dual scrubbing, which works quite well. The suction power just isn't great. If you poured a 20oz drink one the floor this would only pick up about 8oz of it, even when you have added cleaning solution. With cleaning solution and a drink it really should pick up more. It does leave carpet looking clean, but the carpet takes a long time to dry.
