Although packaging is different than advertised, the bag dimensions are the same, perhaps thinner - no longer made in the USA, but China.

Not much can be said about paper dust collector bags. They do their job until each of of them is full. I can't complain about the price.

This is the correct bag for my old Hoover, the vacuum is over 30 years old and I couldn’t believe I could still find bags for it after my new one quit!!

They hold a lot of dirt

I don't know if it's just because it's a new bag but the suction was really good. It didn't come with a sticky thing to go over the hole when you're done.
