Tägliches Grundnahrungsmittel
Unser Körper benötigt bspw. Leinöle mehr denn je in der heutigen Zeit stark industriell verarbeiteter Mittel, die sich die westeuropäische Bevölkerung häufig zuführt. Für mich persönlich ist aus Platzgründen ein Mühle zum Schroten oder Kleinmahlen von Leinsamen derzeit nicht anschaffbar und da kam mir dieses Produkt geradezu recht, welches ich urspr. aus unserem denn‘s Biomarkt als kleinere Packung kenne die dort sehr teuer verkauft wird und leider einzig als Version ohne Probiotische Kulturen - ich liebe jedoch diese Mischung aus Vitamin D, gemahlenen Leinsamen und ProBiotik, da Alles in Kombination mein körperliches Wohlbefinden erheblich gebessert hat, ..obwohl ich sowieso schon stark auf die mir zugeführten Stoffe sowie Nährstoffmängel geachtet habe ..es ist eine Wohltat für Darm-, Gesundheit und Befinden. Achso, fast vergessen: ich vermische einen gehäuften Esslöffel 1x täglich mit einer kleinen Menge Kokosjoghurt, füge Granatapfelkerne, Blau- oder Heidelbeeren hinzu sowie oftmals Passionsfrucht und einen Schuss Buchweizen-Milch. Gerne auch noch Macadamia-Nüsse und Pinienkerne. Schmeckt dann ähnlich einem Porridge, macht sehr satt und trifft voll meinen Gaumenappetit.

I’ve used these in my smoothies for sometime and it’s great. You can’t taste it in smoothies plus it has friendly bacteria in for your gut health. First time buying from Amazon and got a big bag at a great price. Will definitely buy again.

Tolles Produkt
Ich verwende dieses Produkt seit einigen Jahren und verwende es täglich im Joghurt. Streue es aber weil geschmacklos auch über Salate und sonst noch alles mögliche. Ich hoffe das Produkt gibt es noch lange auf dem Markt, denn seit Jahren bin ich nicht mehr erkältet gewesen, da die darin enthaltenen Bakterienkulturen super für das Immunsystem sind. Kann ich nur jedem nur empfehlen wenn man sich etwas gutes tun will.
