I was looking for a zero carb keto crust that I could use in my cheesecake recipes. The most popular recipes online feature almond or coconut flour as the crust, but the problem is that they still carry some some net carbs. Carbs here and there add up and can kick you out of Ketosis.In my search for 0 net carbs, I found this product and decided to give it a try. Online videos portrayed it as very chalky, so cheesecake was my first thought as a trial. In order to keep it from crumbling, I added butter to it and pre-baked it before baking with the filling. My first cut through the cheesecake resulted in minimal crumbling. I added some keto friendly (~2 net carbs) jelly on top and it came out perfect!I am very excited about this because it crumbled less than my previous recipes with coconut or almond flour. I would recommend a tiny bit of cocoa powder for flavoring. Can’t wait to try this in new recipes!

I eat keto and am always looking for new things to cook, bake, etc. I found a new recipe for pancakes that called for this product. I'm very pleased with how they turned out! I've made many varieties of pancakes without it's flour and I can definitely say that this made A HUGE difference in the pancake's texture. It's a bit pricey but I think worth it!

This product is not bitter, has a very pale color and mild flavor, but adds great body to my baked goods. Needless to say, adds a boost of healthy fiber to whatever you put it in!
