NOW Foods MCT 100% Oil, 32 fl oz

I infuse about 12 oz. of the oil with 2oz of cannabis flower. The output is excellent infused oil suitable for cooking. My gummies are about 50mg per unit. I'll be buying it again, as needed.

This is a great product!

I first ordered this about 6 months ago to make Dave Asprey's Bulletproof coffee (which also calls for grass-fed butter which can be very hard to find, but my local Trader Joe's carries Kerrygold grass-fed butter). I first made it with 2 TBS of MCT oil and quickly discovered that was too much for me at 145 lbs (I went for a walk right after and had to make like the bear...), so I cut back to 1 TBS which I handled just fine. I heard Dave Asprey on a podcast recommend starting with just 1 tsp to see how well you tolerate it, and to work your way up from there so your body can adjust. Here are the results after 6 months of daily Bulletproof coffee made with 1 TBS MCT oil and 1 TBS grass-fed butter: 1. I have lost 8 pounds EFFORTLESSLY. I did not reduce my calorie intake, at least not intentionally 2. I have a much more steady flow of energy. Rather than the morning caffeine high and mid-day crash and more coffee and more crashing, etc, I now just drink one big mug of bulletproof in the AM and that's it for the day. Again, this took no effort - I just found I no longer wanted or needed any more coffee for the day. 3. I feel great and since I am 57 years old and recently started running, that's noteworthy. I started because I read in Gretchen Reynold's "The First 20 Minutes" book on exercise that the knees of older adults who run are actually healthier that non-runner's knee's. I can now run 3 miles in under 30 minutes which I have been told is pretty spectacular for an old broad. Don't know if it's the MCT oil, but I'm not about to stop drinking my bulletproof to find out. And everything is beautiful and NOTHING HURTS, to quote Kurt Vonnegut. 4. My lower digestive track is healthier - this stuff makes me as regular as clockwork. I never really had any problems in that arena, but I'm high-performing now. (I bet you folks just love reading about reviewers' bathroom habits :) Oh and BTW - bulletproof coffee is delicious!

Actually, it works well! I started out with a teaspoon (due to other peoples' suggestions), but now I start the morning with 2 teaspoons and perhaps a 3rd for mid afternoon. I put it in my coffee. It really does give me mental clearity to the point were I remember why I came in to a room, or where I left something. As for energy, to me, it's like 25 years ago with a low dose of something i used to "snort"... energy but without the weird paranoia feelings. It makes me focus on the task at hand to get things done. I would have done a 5 star but it came in a plastic bottle, not glass so I keep the bottle in the Fridge, and a small glass container for daily use on the table. I don't know if I will ever take the full tablespoon at one time but who knows. Either way, I am happy with it!! So far I have not had to increase the dose to achieve the same effect, like other things do.

So far so good. It’s been great with my dogs as it is flavorless and odorless so it allows me to put in their water and while you can see it visually, they don’t notice and have no complaints to stop them from drinking as usual. Win-win!

Solid product at a fair price

There isn’t a taste to this oil which makes it the perfect companion to anything you add it to.

I love this product, but will not order again through Amazon. It came broken and had leaked. It’s too expensive to have wasted product with no way of getting any refund or new product. I searched for a while and I’m just SOL.

I recently purchased MCT Oil from the seller ICANLO and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The product arrived on time and was well packaged to ensure its quality. The MCT Oil itself is of high quality and has helped me with my ketogenic diet and also for workout. The oil has a smooth texture and is easy to mix with my food and drinks. It has a mild and pleasant taste, which I really appreciate. I also appreciate the customer service provided by ICANLO. They were prompt in answering any questions I had and were very helpful in providing information about the product. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend ICANLO and their MCT Oil to anyone looking for a high-quality product. In conclusion, if you want a high quality, reasonably priced MCT oil, ICANLO is the place to go. I highly recommend this seller and their product.
