We have had our hot tub since April and it has been awesome! Very easy to set up right out of the box. We have had our set at 103 degrees and sit in it every night. We built a floating deck for it in our backyard. We bought 1” crushed stone (one pick-up load, $45.00) and spent $160.00 for the pressure treated wood for the decking (2x6x 10 and 5/8” decking planks) slapped on some stain and set it up. We used crushed stone because it was much easier to level rather then digging up the backyard. It took about 3 days to heat up with water from our hose. I would suggest buying extra filters for it, we bought a 5 pack right from Amazon. Be sure to check chemicals after every use. We use liquid shock, liquid chlorine and PH Up and or PH Down, Liquid foam remover (if using bathing suits it foams up from the detergent that you use) and test strips. Use an exercise ball under the cover to keep the rain water off when not in use or you will have a difficult time taking the cover off after a good rain. We live in northern NH. Looked at other tubs and this was the best bang for your buck! Bubbles are awesome or just sit and soak. Control panel is very easy to use, everything is labeled and with pictures. We keep the heat and filter running 24-7. Electric bill is an extra $10 a month since we have been using it.

We received this on a Thursday, and set it up Saturday morning. It took until Monday morning to reach 100 degrees, which 48 hours seems like a really long time to need to heat up. We got in and it was a great size. Me and my 4 kids fit great, and if we all sat still my husband could have gotten in with us. We were only able to stay in about an hour because the temperature dropped from 100 to 94 degrees within an hour. We got back in that evening, it was at 99 when we got in and dropped to 93 within an hour. We did not turn on the jets because if you do, the temperature drops very very quickly, at about 2-3 degrees every 10 minuets. And that was the last time that the hot tub worked. After that, it never raised temperature again. For about 24 hours it stayed at 93 degrees, and then them temperature read out started increasing and saying that the water was 110 degrees, but the water was only lukewarm. The heater would not turn on to heat up the water because the computer thought the water was already 110 degrees when it was not. This continued for 3 or 4 days with the computer reading 110 and the water getting colder and colder. I will say, the customer service was slow but fantastic. The replied about about 3am every day, so it takes a full 24 hours to get questions answered. They asked us to try a few things, and none of them were working. They then offered us $200 to find someone to come fix it. Because of the virus we were unable to find someone. Then they refunded us our money and told us to keep the hot tub. We are not planning to get this brand again, we have decided to try the Coleman brand even though they are more expensive. I do appreciate that they were incredibly helpful, apologized over and over again for the problems, and very quickly refunded me without making me package up that tub again!

Update: the pump motor gave up after 4 months. I replaced it with a pond pump, but then the heater gave up. I received $160 to repair it but that did not cover it. Not a good buy.

This Goplus Tub is MUCH better....than the SaluSpa Miami we had for 3 seasons..... Here are the reasons. Pros: 1. Color, stays cooler and doesn't expand or contract as much as the black ones. 2. integrated motor/filter/heater in the side wall.... Looks better, easier to control while you're in the tub, quieter and easier to set up and maintain. Fill sides with air, put water in. Done. 3. Insulated cover works great. Much more efficient than the ones with the blow-up spacer.... 4. Size, much better than our last "4 person" which was really a 1 person.... 5. heat and filter can stay on while using the bubbles.... this means the temperature really only drops a couple degrees while you're using it. Much better than our last one. 6. Because there's no timer (heater cycles on and off when needed) you don't have to constantly check to make sure it's on, which make the chemicals much easier to maintain. Cons: 1. Insulated cover, I added an exercise ball to keep the cover from filling with COLD water when it rains. Works great 2. Insulated cover can overheat the control panel. I use my cup-holder as a spacer between the 2. Hasn't overheated since. 3. VERY difficult to see the digital readout in any sunlight. Should be LCD.... Would highly recommend.

This really is a great unit however, the problem is, after I got it all set up, the pump NEVER stops running (I've had it for 10 days now) and the temp seems to only get to 102, even though I have it set for higher. I have the unit in my basement (live in a split actually) so it's not like it's outside in the cold. I can't imagine how long the pump will last running non stop. According to the directions, it's suppose to shut off and then restart when the temp gets 2 degrees below what it's set at. The bubbles work great and I really wish this would have worked for me. I have to say though, the customer service at Super Buy have been absolutely great in working with me on this matter. I think it's going to be a challenge though in repacking it and sending it back. So check w/others before you purchase. Mine might have just been a fluke that it never shuts off. I also have to add that taking the cover on and off is a little bit of a challenge also. Maybe a softer foam insert of some sort would be better.

This outdoor spa inflatable hot tub works great. It’s very easy to set up, the instructions is easy to follow, it has a build in air pump. It’s easy to connected warm water to the tub. The pump is very quiet. The filter is easy to clean. It’s durable. it fit with 4-6 people all at the same time, but it usually just me and my husband use at the same time. It help relax with this hot tub. So far it works fabulous. The most important thing I can enjoy the hot tub from the comfort of my home. This is great price with nice quality.

So glad to see this is back up on Amazon. Been waiting for them to put it back on!! So first off, this hot tub, OMG, its great but has some flaws. And their advertising is LIES!! They advertise a temperature that this will go up to with just their heater. They are liars. It won’t without some help. We live in Missouri, it SHOULD be able to get up to the heat they claim it will. But it just won’t. The first 2 weeks we had this I would come home after work and take a picture of the heater, ALWAYS around 98. I would email them a picture each day and ask what I was supposed to do with this hot tub?? They would reply with various things, example; can you bring it inside to see if there’s a problem with the heater, there’s not. Can you call an electrician to look at the heater, no, I’m not. Will you take $60 for reimbursement, no. Will you take $120 for reimbursement, no. Will you take $300 for reimbursement, no. I still have the emails. KEEP GOING at this point and demand your money back. Do not give up! 2 weeks later after purchasing, I’m reimbursed the FULL amount back to my card. This hot tub, other than the heater, is perfect. The bubbles are magnificent, it’s durable, it’s with standing the 110 degree temp here right now in Missouri. We run chlorine thru it, it’s beautiful on our deck. So to fix a few things so you can get the heat up. We bought this in March. We knew the heat was coming out the sides, it’s an inflatable, can’t expect any less. We bought Silver Bubble insulation wrap and we wrapped this sucker. It got up to 107° the first night after we wrapped it in this stuff. We have the bubble wrap off now and heater set at 98 since it’s hot here now. It’s perfect at night. NEXT, the cover. The cover is horrible and sinks in. First rain you get, you’re going to be using a pitcher to get the water off. Exercise ball!! In the pictures I posted. Put the ball in, stretch the cover over. Works GREAT!!! Ours had a small hole in it when it came. We were blowing this thing up daily. I used a soapy water to find the leak, we patched it and haven’t aired it up since. I hope our review helps people decide and if you purchase this one, GET YOUR MONEY back and enjoy your free hot tub cuz this is one company that needs to go under!!! But not until everyone gets a free hot tub!!!! 😉😉😉

This hot tub lasted about 4 months. It had similar issues to the other reviews. The equipment is not built to last and there is no way to repair the unit. No product or customer support. The price is great...but the unit will not last very long...makes it a waste of money!!!

Absolutely love it! Easy assembly, I had no issues with the heating, I let it sit for 4 days and it heated to 105! Everything works wonderfully!
