I liked this item, but decided to return it and purchase a different design locally instead. Very easy to return and I received a full refund. The quality is fairly nice, but it is not has heavy as I expected.

This watch was an anniversary gift for my husband. He loves it. It's fantastically made and absolutely beautiful! What I love most about it though is how my order was handled. I was obviously anticipating a long wait for this to arrive with international shipping. The ETA on this was between 2 and 7 weeks, but it shipped the very next day and arrived 6 days later. It was accompanied by a calendar the company made as a promotion which includes monthly promo codes. It's the little things that count. These people show they have real pride in their company and truly value their customers. I fully intent to order from them often in the future.

it doesn't keep very good time!But beautiful craftsmanship,they need to work on the time piece as thats what makes a watch worth having..

Got this as an anniversary gift for my husband and it arrived in about 4-5 days. It is very heavy and well made, well worth the money and he just loves it and uses it every day. Love it so well have ordered ( and received) another one that we are planning on giving as a special thank you gift. So far this company has offered superb service and quality products

I ordered this pocket watch for a christmas gift. There were some issues involving returns but if you don't make the same mistake as I did then you will have no problem! The people were very helpful and responded within a reasonable time. I am very happy with this gift and so is the person that had received it! Totally worth the five star rating!

This piece is pretty perfect. I bought it as an Xmas present for my partner who loved it. I was afraid of what I would get as you can only see so much in a picture, the quality is there. It did take a few weeks to get shipped from Ireland, but it was well worth it. I would order other products from this merchant.
