Nice starter kit, bad customer service and quality control
Let's just say that I like it as a starter kit; guitar, amp and accessories. The guitart is decently made and put together...however, I did receive the guitar way (and I mean nearly 1 1/2 weeks later than promised) due to multiple reasons and the company's customer service was horrible. First the shipment of the package was delay 8 days due to an issue between the company and the delivery company. Each blamed each other for the issue, but neither made amends to resolve the issue immediately or apologize. Then after it finally arrived, 2 weeks after I ordered it, the guitar was cracked by one of the tuners. I contacted the company immediately, since I had already been in contact with them about the delay in shipping, and let them know about the issue. They did apologize for it, but then immediately stated that they didn't send me a damage guitar on purpose. Where did that come from? I didn't even mention or state that it was sent that way on purpose. Not only that, but the guitar strap they sent was filthy and smelled horrible. I had to throw it out. It took almost another week to get the original guitar sent back to them, since they promised to email me a return address label (first thing Monday morning turned into end of business day Monday), which delayed me in shipping it back to them. They also promised that once they say it was shipped back to them, they would immediately send the new guitar (with a guitar stand as a gift for all the issues...which was my idea since they asked me what I wanted in return for all the issues instead of just saying what they would do) and overnight it. That didn't happen, they missed the shipping deadline for overnight the next day and it was rescheduled for another day.Not only did I email them, but I also tried to contact them by phone twice. I got their answering message both times. Then when they did finally call back, the day I finally got the replacement guitar...the person on the phone stated that I had gotten the replacement guitar and all was resolved. They then proceeded to hang up on me and not allow me to speak to anyone about the overall issues and try to help them in the future resolve this from happening to anyone else. This is the worst customer experience I have ever experience in my life and the only reasons I gave them three stars is that the guitar looks like, sounds half way decent (I will be making some modifications to it in the near future to make it better) and my boys will also use it as a starter guitar so I don't need to worry about them damaging it since it didn't cost that much.

Great beginner guitar for someone who doesnt want to spend too much
Way nicer than I expected. I was honestly expecting a piece of junk. And while this is no Fender or Gibson or Les Paul, its great for a beginner. (Which I am) It isn't perfect but hey, its only 50 dollars. It came with three picks, an amp, a case, a whammy bar, an electric tuner and a strap. I am happy with this purchase and its great until I can play and upgrade. Would recommend to anyone wanting to pick up this instrument.

Nice to start but not for the long haul.
Found some issues. 1 string wont stay in tune, The Jack plate has 1 screw holding it in the other is misaligned and is screwed into nothing. The amp is cheap but thats to be expected hey it works. There is no cavity plating such as copper tape or other sheilding. The neck was slightly loose and there is a gap on one side after tightening. But its a cheap guitar to just practice and learn on so it is worth the money. If you wanted to learn and then keep this guitar to be an advanced guitar it would need completely rebuilt. So if your looking for a long haul guitar this is not it. Look for one of the lower end fenders or gibsons A few jacksons are not a ton of money. Overn all you get what you pay for and this is what I was looking for.

Great starter package over all
I am very happy with the guitar and everything, except for the amp. It is 10 watt for anyone who doesn't know. It does not look like the picture so read before you buy.

Son bought it as his first guitar. He loves it!Now I know what they mean when they say guitar players spend 1/2 their time tuning their guitars and 1/2 their time playing a guitar that's out of tune.

Good guitar for beginners.
The product is worth the price. However, its not the best in terms of sound quality. Great investment for someone wishes to learn and get a grip on playing guitar. All items work great. Was delivered in good condition. Expect shipment to take about 10days.
