Rosetta Napoleon Pocket Fountain Pen, Black with Medium Nib

I just got this pen today. I fill it out with some noodler ink and go to write wit it. Kind of scratchy, i lift it up and turn it over to make sure the nib has a decent amount of ink flowing. I notice it looks like its leaky. I barely shake it over the paper and a ton of ink flies off. I look behind me and notice the pen had leaked all the way from the kitchen table to the study (about 25feet distance). This product is horrible sneding it back. If you want something similar to this get a kaweco.

The ink will not flow.
