Bad customer services...BEWARE!!!
The media could not be loaded. Although the stools are easy to assemble (they were replacing old stools that were similar). 3 of the 4 stools failed to come with the protective sheaf on part no3 (part no3 shown in the 1st and 4th photo with the orange top...the sheaf is the black plastic covering that covers that orange bit, which you remove prior to assembling the seat to the base in order for the stool to be able to raise up and down). However 3 of the stools didn’t have this sheaf and don’t work, ie raise up and down as they should...you’ll see this in the video attached.I messaged the company Bigger2Bigger, through the message board and they eventually decided they were going to refund £32 back to my account apologising and asking us to keep the stools... I responded back and said I wasn’t after a refund as I wanted the stools to be working as they should and asked if they could send me the parts so that the 3 stools can work... I have 1 working stool and 3 that doesn’t.The company sends me another message advising that I should remove the sheaf as per their diagram...😡...er in all the messages and photos to them I have already advised them that I have no sheaf on three of the part no3...They’ve ignored my message!So guys be warned they don’t listen they have no customer service.. I still have 3 stools that don’t work oh and I still don’t have my £32 refund either.

Easy to assemble
These stools were easy to assemble and are really comfortable to sit on.So good I bought two, to go with our breakfast bar.

Great - for the price
Easy and quick to assemble. I did it on my own in 10 minutes for both. Ok so they're not particularly sturdy but they we pretty cheap. I don't expect they will last years but for now, they do the job I wanted and look nice too.

Everybody loves MY chairs
Such a relief to have some spinny chairs in the kitchen, which has now turned in to the dining room and in front of the TV and any where else the kids can freely move them to. They are very comfortable and look very stylish.

Comfortable
Very easily assembled (speaking a zero DIY man). Comfortable to sit. Can't say anything about quality, only one month in use but otherwise very good product.

Not the best quality
These stools look nice but quickly develop an annoying ‘squeak’ noise within a few weeks.Also, the vinyl material has ripped 6 weeks just outside of the return policy.

Missing Parts
Stools are great. But fixing screws were missing. Sent a couple of emails to ask for them to be sent but no reply.Waited for a few weeks then gave up.

Not good for long legs
Nice stools, look good and feel sturdy, but we have found the length of the seat from back to front is not long enough and you feel as though you could slip off. Ok, if you have short thighs.
