They’re just perfect. They’re rigid in the right places and soft in the right places as well. They’re really comfortable my favorite souls I’ve ever gotten. Also, I play football and it’s conditioning season at the moment so these are the perfect support for football that can actually fit in my cleats.

Bought these for my son for his work shoes. He has prescription orthotics, but to wear those all day; they are too hard. These do the same and more comfortably! Help minimize his overpronation and flat feet. He loved them and has no pain or fatigue even after working double shifts! Highly recommend

It's been tough reading through all of these reviews trying to make a solid choice for insoles. I had my 8th spinal surgery in April. I awoke with neuropathy so bad I couldn't walk. A high arch developed after two months post surgery. Doctors had nothing to help me and my condition was determined to be permanent.So I got to work. Supplements, pushing through the pain. I walked and walked and worked on projects even though I was almost totally disabled. Seven months later and I was just able to hunt. But, before I went my attention turned to insoles for relief. Could they make a difference in my pain and could I even be comfortable. The journey started.I've now bought; Birkenstock's, Power Step Pinnacle Maxx, Sof Soles Fit, Sole DK Response, Sole Softec Ultra, Forms, New Balance Stability and a couple of others that I don't remember.In order of relief (for me);1: Birkenstock Heeled Arch Supports (3/4 length). If you have a high arch as I do don't miss looking at these. They have superior support for the arch, heel (deepest heel cup) and metatarsal support is built right into the insole. They're especially useful in footwear without insoles. They work flawlessly in my Danner Rainforest hunting boots. Couldn't get any of the others to work in them. These can feel hard after a long day on them. Still, their fit is so worth it.2: Power Step Pinnacle Maxx. Put these in my Danner Radical 452 and it was a perfect match. I had to buy 2 sizes bigger to make sure my arch matched the Maxx's. I also wear these in my Clark's, Ahnu's, Merrill Jungle Mocs, Ecco's and MBT's. The Powerstep Pinnacle Maxx, overall, are my number one choice. Major relief from pain. Wonderful support and great cushioning.3: Sole Softec Ultra. Probably the best built of all of the insoles I've tried. No doubt, they'll last a long time. Not using these yet because I ordered my shoe size...wrong! I tried them in my proper size and the arches didn't line up. They were very uncomfortable. I'm awaiting a shipment two sizes larger than my shoe size. Then we'll see. For now my impression is they're not supportive enough. The heel and arch are made of a semi rigid EVA material. The only way they'll work is if I attach something under the arch to prop it up. The heat molding does little good if they're not high enough in the first place or if you need a more rigid support which I do. Well made but, so far, they don't work for me. This holds true for the DK Response too.4: Solf Sole Fit. Good firm arch support but the forward part of the insoles is a soft EVA foam only that, I believe will breakdown quickly. Already is for my wife in just several weeks.5: New Balance Stability. Everything was wrong about these for my feet. Not enough support in the heel or arch. The heel cup was thick yet not deep so they took up too much space in my shoes. They had a metatarsal pad built in but, for me, in the wrong place.6: Forms. They fit quite well, had a sturdy arch and heel cup but are surprisingly thick. Very well made though. Needed two sizes larger to get the arch to align. Opted not to go ahead with these when i found the Power Step Maxx.I'll be settling with the Power Step Pinnacle Maxx and the Birkenstock's. I also purchased the Power Step metatarsal pads and they too made a nice difference in the Maxx's. They're small but let me tell you, with proper positioning, they can have a very positive affect on how your feet feel.Good luck in your search. Don't be afraid to ignore the sizes and fit the insole to your arch. You may have to trim them but for me it was the difference between great relief or none at all.

These arrived on time. Purchased these for my husband and arrived in wrong size. Reason for Four stars. I use these in all my shoes. Recommend by my podiatrist. Sadly, Gave this pair away.

I got these because my right foot has suffered from Plantar Fasciitus for the last few months, a condition I have never had before but that I made worse I think by going on hikes when overweight and pushing through the pain.By the time I realized it was a chronic pain it had already gotten fairly bad. I tried doing stretches and foot exercises to help and avoided putting weight on it for weeks, but nothing seemed to really help. I even went and got physical therapy (which proceeded to send me a $300 bill) which basically just gave me stretches to do which barely helped.So, desperate, I did two things.1. I found shoes that were comfortable for me - 14 double wides with good arch support.2. I got these inserts, which fit perfectly (size 14-15 ones) in place of the existing inserts in my shoes.I have only been using these for roughly a week and already the pain in my right foot has decreased significantly over time. The first 2-3 days I was wearing them it hurt more than it ever had, but after taking the time to walk with proper form I am already seeing the results. I can't speak for the long-term capabilities of this but the short-term effects have reduced my pain more in a week than in 1-2 months of me trying to cure it by things like reducing weight on my foot.I highly recommend these to anyone who had a similar problem as me - someone who has probably had misaligned feet for years due to being overweight for so long and finally developed plantar fasciitus due to sudden exercise.Just ensure you get the right style. These ones fit very well and have a strong enough arch to support my feet decently well even though I weigh more than 300 pounds. They have good support in the heel and a slight inner foot arch support that helps to angle your foot outwards more. Combined with shoes that properly allow your feet to move as they need to I think this is something I am likely to use for years to come.Edit: After a few months of use, these have sunk in a fair bit and honestly the amount of curve I think was too much for my feet. It fixed my plantar fasciitus for the most part, but I have switched to some less extreme insoles that focus more on cushioning than structure and these have helped my feet to heal more as I had started to get arch pain in my left foot (as opposed to the right foot that originally had plantar fasciitus) over time. I still recommend using these if you need to adjust your gait and such more aggressively, but they aren't for everyone and may not necessarily be great long-term.

I’ve been through so many insoles over the years and the PowerStep Pinnacle Maxx have been the best thus far. Apparently I’ve been buying the wrong insoles as I’ve purchased more of the cushioned insoles, which are not recommended for people with plantar fasciitis and pronation. When I got the PowerStep insoles, at first they felt stiff but I knew they would going into it as that’s what other people had said and that there’s a break in period. Well fast forward to having them for a couple of weeks now and wearing them 5 days a week in two different pairs of HOKA shoes, which I think also helps, at a job which requires me to stand for about 6-8 hours a day, these are fantastic! I’ve noticed almost no foot pain at the end of day, which has been great. 10 out of 10, I recommend.

Good insoles, but not worth the $50. I bought them hoping they would help correct my genu valgum (knock knees), and I assumed the higher price meant better quality. Unfortunately, they feel very similar to generic insoles I’ve tried. The arch support doesn’t seem noticeably firmer or more supportive than much cheaper brands. I’ve already worn them, so I don’t feel right returning them and having them potentially resold to someone else. If you’re considering these because you think the higher price means significantly better support, I’d recommend saving your money and trying a more affordable brand.

Works well. Really helps with over pronation. Fits easily into shoes. Consider buying shoes a half size bigger m.

For me these are the best insoles I could find till now and I am sorry that they are often not available and if take so long to arrive.

I struggled with a collapsed arch and i've always had flat feet. However, after some running training, i found that pain was stopping me from running all together. These have kept my arches supported, i've since run nearly 250km in them in the past couple of months. If you're suffering flat feet and its causing you ankle strain, try these for sure!!
