iRobot Authentic Parts Dual Mode Virtual Wall Barrier Compatible with Roomba 600/700/800/900/e/i/s Series Robots (2 Pack)

I used these virtual barriers for the first time today, and they certainly work. Battery installation was easy. The instructions consisted of two mediocre pictograms. But, the gadgets are pretty straightforward, so that's not a big problem: three position switch; mid position is off, up position is circular barrier mode, and down position is wall barrier mode. Turn it on, and a small band blinks a couple of times, and you're in business.

This is my second set. Our house has lots of open spaces on the main level. These virtual walls work exactly as described. The batteries are still going strong after months on the first set, and we expect no less from this set. Great value for the price.

OK, I think that product is a little expensive, however, it works as expected and compared with the old style (A fence or straight line per se), the proximity function (Don't clean this area, like around a Christmas tree) is a great upgraded feature

These are just what we needed and expected to keep our roomba out of certain rooms! They work great and we haven't had to change the batteries yet so they last a while.

The seller provided quick shipping. Product arrived as advertised. It was recommended for my Roomba model. Unfortunately, I cannot get it to work with my vacuum. I will be returning the virtual wall. I don't believe the product is defective but believe the problem is with my older model Roomba.

Great devices to block off certain areas to the vacuum. Easy set up, insert batteries, turn on, and put in position. Can do a straight line or a circular area. This is the second set of two I've purchased, and if they were less expensive, I'd buy two - four more.

So when I first got my robot it was working great. It was mapping the house. It was staying out of the areas that I didn’t want it go to. But then I got a software update, and my robot has been terrible. However with these virtual barriers things have been a lot better. My robot doesn’t get stuck and when I send it to vacuum in one area as long as I have a barrier up it won’t go into another. Because sometimes my vacuum will just vacuum other areas without me asking it to.

Probably not worth it if you can close a door to stop Roomba but if you have a cat or dog bowls then they are well worth the money

Ideal to keep the iRobot away from computers and computer cables.You MUST not let the iRobot near them.The iRobot 960 came with one, but I need another, so I've got a spare now also :)
