UPDATE!!!! Absolutely DO NOT waste your money. I just opened another package & the print is so faint I can barely read it. Brand new spool & it's worthless!!!!I purchased these for my Sharp EL-2196BL adding machine. As I was installing it, I noticed that the ink I got on my fingers during the install was very faint. Typically when I install one there is a ton of black & red ink on my fingers, so much so that I have to use a paper towel to get the ink off.I thought maybe I just did a good job of being careful. Then I decided to add & subtract on the machine to see how dark it was. This first is a photo of what printed out immediately after it was installed. It's barely darker than the tape I removed which was 6 months old.The second photo is from right before I changed the tape. There is hardly any difference.Definitely not worth the money & I'll be changing these quicker. Good thing I got 6 because I'll go through those quickly. Wish I had just ordered through Office Depot & paid a bit more to get a quality product.

Received a package of three ribbons yesterday … installed one. Can barely read what it prints … ribbon is dried out! Not bothering to try the other two … they’re going back. SIGH.
