Why 5 stars? It works for me at 71.
Why 5 stars? It does[can] work. BUT, it takes patience and time. MONTHS. It is less effective if people have been balding for a long time, and the older you are, the less likely it is for it to work. Im a classic example. Im 71. Been balding for decades now. I guess Im one of the few under these conditions that it is actually working. You'll never have hair like the old days, but after 10 weeks, I definitely have hair growth where none was. My wife noticed it first. Be diligent. Apply morning and evening, everyday. And wait. I'd say if you see nothing in 4 months, its not gonna work for you. Also, you cannot stop using it. To keep the hair you'll have to do it until you die. Only hair transplant is permanent. And that's megabucks. This is cheap if it works for you. Im pleasantly surprised its actually working!

Good so far.
I am a 62โyearโold woman. I previously used the liquid version of this product but had to stop because it caused itching on my scalp. Iโve been using this foam version for about three weeks now and have experienced zero itching or irritation. Of course, you canโt expect to see hair growth in such a short time, but the important thing is that this is a product I can actually continue using long enoughโabout four monthsโto see results. A couple of notes: One reviewer recommended spraying the foam into the plastic cap and using a Qโtip (or something similar) to apply it to the scalp. Thatโs a great idea, and I did that for about a week. However, I found that applying it directly to my scalp works best for me. I just use a few small dollops of foam and rub it in with my fingertips. Once it warms up, it liquefies, which is why you donโt want to dispense it into your hands first. Using it twice a day does cause some product buildup, but Iโm still able to stick with my everyโotherโday hairโwashing routineโit doesnโt build up enough to be an issue. That said, I definitely canโt go three days between washes and still feel comfortable leaving the house.

Noticed Increase in Hair Growth
I started using this product a couple of months ago. I have noticed increased growth in my hair at the top of my head. I use it every day. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend it to other men.

Better than Kirkland. Give it time.
Seems to work better than Kirkland brand, but that could be the result of using the Kirkland brand for 3 months before trying this Amazon option. At the end of the day, itโs all the same active ingredient. Hair grows slowly. It will take a long time for a short hair to grow. 100% this and Kirkland brand have reduce hair lost - less in the drain, but growth takes a long time so hard to say of new hair is growing, but less is falling out.

Works
I have been using this for about 3 months now and it is working well for me. I was noticing lots of hair in my comb when I combed my hair and it starting thinning out across the "crown" of my head. Within 5 days of use there was no more hair in my comb. I couldn't believe it so I started really looking for hair falling out and found NONE. Now at the 3 month mark there is still nothing falling out and I'm beginning to see new hair coming in! I wish I started this a long time ago but I just am a bad sceptic. I don't do a lot of reviews unless I feel it's absolutely warranted and in this case it is. Yes if you stop whatever came in will fall out but it was falling out anyway !!! It's such a small price to pay to keep your hair if you are so inclined. Now I worry more about the cat hair on me instead of my own hair!!

Don't switch from oil to foam
GARBAGE! Do not go from using the oil version to the foam- you will remove all of your progress and start again at 0. Very psychologically difficult process, as well as visually noticeable to you and your friends who will now think you are going bald. Use the oil 2 times a day as directed and do not stop, the oil works so nicely it just takes months to see real big results. Make sure you are taking pictures in same pose and lighting once a month (after a haircut if you're a guy) and you'll start being able to see and track the progress. Also I recommend doing the dermal roller once a week for better results. Thank you for listening to my Ted talk.

Effective and Affordable: A Solid Alternative to Pricey Brands
I've been using this hair loss treatment for a while now, and I've got to say, it's holding its own pretty well. I initially turned to it as a more budget-friendly alternative to the pricier brand-name products I had been using. The biggest win for me so far is its effectiveness in slowing down hair loss. I've definitely noticed a decrease in the amount of hair I lose daily. As for hair regrowth, I'm still on the fence - it's a bit too early to tell, but I'm keeping an optimistic outlook. Value-wise, this product is a home run. After months of alternating between this and a more expensive brand, I honestly can't tell much of a difference in terms of performance. It's quite a relief to find something that works just as well without breaking the bank. If you're in the market for a hair loss solution and are wary of spending $$$s for brand names, this is definitely worth a try. It's a great value, and from my experience, it does the job just as effectively.
