It's a great book, well put together, easy to read, basic step by step instructions, with lots of references of where to go to obtain the info that you will need and want.This could easily be a "For Dummies" book. The info given in this book is not just for a Cupcake business, it's good solid info that can be adapted for any business, whether it's food related or not. I would recommend this book to anyone that is thinking about going into business for themselves.
