Impossible to levitate
I've watched videos and been trying for 3 days and still can't get it to levitate. Asked for a refund and all they sent were a bar code and no return address, no shipping label. I guess I'm just stuck with it.

Tough to levitate
So I really like this product. I gave it three stars because of the difficulty getting it to levitate each time I want to use it. The magnets just needed to be a little bigger to offset that. On the flip side, the speaker is better than what I thought it would be. Good product overall, if you have 10 min. to set it up each time you want to use it.

1st Hover is very frustrating, don't give up
This thing is awesome. Levitates, speaker not bad. But getting it to levitate the first time is very frustrating. I tried it for about 15 minutes no luck, took a break, watched a video on utube got it in about 5 minutes. Now I can make it float on the 2nd or 3rd try. I don't think is meant for continuous duty. I had it on for about 2 days and it started making a rattling sound, I don't remember hearing the rattle when I first got it. It's not a loud rattle, if you're using the speaker you'd never hear the rattle.Over all, a nice lamp that's very unique, extremely satisfied.!

Awesome lamp
This is a really cool lamp and speaker for my young boys rooms. The levitation was interesting and fun to learn about. I had my Bluetooth all hooked up to play Christmas music on Christmas morning then my Bluetooth stopped working on Christmas morning though otherwise love the item.

Great Gift
I bought this as a Christmas present for my nephew. I was concerned as there were not many reviews so I opened it and tested it out. The sound quality is amazing. The whole concept of this speaker/lamp is pretty fantastic. I'm a little jealous and thought about keeping it for myself.

Do not buy!!!
I will be returning this item. It comes with a European plug and instructions say only use items included for compatibility. This company has to know this item would not work anywhere in the US and yet provided no disclaimer. Feels very dishonest and unprofessional. 10/10 would not recommend.

I love the lamp it's really cool take you a little bit to get used to making it float but after the 2nd 3rd time it's easy. Most definitely worth it

The coolest Bluetooth speaker
The media could not be loaded. Its unbelievable how this thing levitates all the time ... I love it it was tricky at first getting to levitate but now i got it !!!
