REAL FOOD FROM THE GROUND UP From the Ground Up Cauliflower Pretzel Twists - 12 Pack

We love these pretzels! Do they taste like regular pretzels? No, they don't. They are made from cauliflower and cassava, and the cauliflower does come through in the flavor. But for those of us who cannot consume gluten or are avoiding grains (I'm in both categories), these are a great alternative, and they do have that pretzel flavor as part of the profile, too. They are a bit salty, and they are certainly more expensive, but that's always the case with gluten free or grain free items. Bonus: when crushed, they make a fantastic coating for chicken and veggies. I've developed a great recipe using these pretzels for breading items. I am very pleased with this product.

I love these Pretzel sticks, and I hate cauliflower, I don’t know how they did it, but they did it. Who knows, there just may be some nutritional value left from the cauliflower, but I’m not betting on that. The pretzel sticks are very crunchy, very flavorful and not too salty. I would like to see them at a lower price, but I will continue to make the sacrifice from time to time. Try them. You’ll like them.

These pretzels are my favorite! Most grocery stores don't have the pretzels sticks anymore so I bought them here. Just be warned, the bag is literally only half full. Very stingy on the company's part, If that's not worth the cost for you steer clear.

These are crunchy and good while eating them but the aftertaste of cauliflower is unpleasantly strong. Also, the bag i tried was too salty.

The cauliflower pretzels are amazing, light, crispy and actually taste like cauliflower. Best pretzels we have found since we went low carb. As good as their pretzels are, From the Ground Up also gets 5 stars for their customer service. We placed our order on 8/28. We received an email on 8/30 from From the Ground Up advising there may have been a possible shipping error. From the Ground Up Advised they were refunding our total order amount and re-shipping the order at no charge. They also included free samples of the pretzel twists in the order and stated to feel free to keep the original order if we ever did receive it. From the Ground Up Showed the best customer service I have seen in a long time, and we will be recommending their products to all our friends.

I love the flavor and the crunch. After sticking to keto and low carb since September, this is a welcome treat and holds up great in dip too!

Absolutely full of carbs. I think the only reason there is cauliflower in this stuff to make it extremely bitter.
