Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Liquid Highlighter, Pearl, 1.7 Ounce

I fell in love with this the first time I used it. It goes on clear but looks moist and shimmering, giving the skin a beautiful healthy flow and does not feel heavy at all. I use it to highlight cheekbones, brow area and so on and have also added it to my face make-up to give it the same effect. You can control the amount you put in to matte makeup so it’s a perfect way to create your own look in how much “glow” you want.. I also add to lotions to give skin a soft moist glow in the summer. A little goes a very long way so it makes it worth the money you spend. I have never received compliments on my skin before, I promise you! But the minute I began using this, now I get them all the time. I’m in. My 50s so, i need all the moisture can get. I love love love this product.

This stuff is just awesome and a little goes a long way! And since i only need a small amout at a time, this huge bottle will last forever. Definitely worth the money! Not only that, but this is a quality product! It highlights the skin and gives it a nice glow when the light catches it. Not glittery at all and very light weight. I tap it into my skin and it blends right in.

I am in my late twenties, and have very fair, olive skin-tone that is also extremely sensitive and prone to redness on my cheeks and nose. Because of this, I have an almost impossible time finding concealers, foundations, and highlighters. Most products for "light" skin, are meant for light beige, light peach, etc... But my skin is as far from a peach or a beige that these products look like little more than facepaint on me, because apparently people with olive skin can't be pasty. For about a year, I used E.L.F.s highlighting wand/concealer duo. I didn't use the concealer part, but the highlighter was exactly what I needed to help brighten up my eyes without making me look like I was channeling a Spice Girl. I don't have dark circles, or large bags under my eyes, but some days I just needed a pick-me-up. The product went fast, but at $3 a stick, it wasn't that bad. Then they changed the formula. Or maybe I just started noticing things that I had been oblivious to all along. Suddenly, instead of a subtle highlight, it left glitter all over my face, and I felt like a teenager in the late 90's who had gotten a little too much glitter lotion than was good for them. For months I searched, trying to find a highlighter that was subtle, not too glittery, blended in well without disappearing, didn't sink in to the little lines and creases, and didn't make my skin rebel and break out. I tried countless products from high end to drug-store brands, and nothing worked. Then I saw some reviews online for this. It isn't cheap, but it's not the most expensive product out there either, and the bottle is huge. I figured worst comes to worst, I'd keep it in the box and give it to my sister for Christmas. But this product in Pearl is perfect. You have to be careful to squeeze out only a little bit, because the pump will spit out too much if you're not careful. It is thin, and blends in well. It goes on thinner than I expected, but builds well without looking caked on. If you put a thin layer of primer on first, it goes on much more evenly and smoothly. It lasts on my face all day, only really needing a touchup after I'd say 8-10 hours after putting it on-- though that goes for most make-up if you don't use a setting spray, in my experience. It is an absolute perfect way to make your face look instantly brighter and more awake-- as long as you are not too liberal with the application. The downside of this? It takes a while to properly dry and set, and it feels a little bit oily on the skin for about 3 minutes or so while you wait for it to dry.

This illuminator is perfect. The light-reflecting particles in it are so finely milled that there are no visible pieces of solid glitter whatsoever, and I love that. It gives you a beautiful glow that makes your skin look amazingly healthy and radiant, and it is basically transparent. If you accidentally put a little too much on, it might look a little white on you, but it's easy to just blend it out with your fingers until it looks natural again. I think it would work well on most skin tones that are medium or lighter. For reference, my skin tone is NW25.

I love this product! I've worn it for years. I put it on under my make-up. Sometimes I'll mix it with my make-up. Gives a great glow to the skin. The company was sold and you can't buy it anywhere. Now I'm looking for a replacement for it. Very sad...

Imparts absolutely stunning, NATURAL, lit-from-within, dewy glow. Not glittery at all, but has the finest shimmer. I pump out the tiniest amount of product and pat a little on my cheekbones, forehead, chin, cupid's bow, and bridge of my nose BEFORE applying my BB cream of choice - a little goes a long way. The price/value for "Pearl" can't be beat - it's unbelievable how much product you get and I'm sure this bottle will last me a long time.

This is a lot stickier and thicker than I expected. But pretty average in the 'Glow factor'. Does not blend easily. Also, it is strongly fragrant. Almost smells like a perfume. I prefer the £5 SEVENTEEN liquid highlighter to this one!!

I was so excited to start using this product after hearing Lisa Eldridge repeatedly gushing over it. I do believe it's a good product, definitely high quality, but it's not for someone with iffy skin texture (obviously, and with most shimmering face makeup). I had a few existing tiny bumps that would catch in the light after applying it, but that's not the product's fault! It's also very natural looking, especially compared to other "skin illuminating" products on the market. Now I've just got to work on my skin!

My holy grail highlighter! Soooo perfect!!!!! I can't rave about this enough, I wear it everyday! Sometimes all over my face under my foundation for an extra glowy skin look (but not glittery or glow ball like :D) It's not a glittery highlight, it's more a high beam sheen... I can't really explain it to be honest :D I just love it and highly recommend it!!! You get so much product too, can't imagine running out of it! Be careful of the pump though, it dispenses way more than you need so what I do is just decant it into a little tester pot and dip into it that way! Better for travelling if you do too. Enjoy :)

Es un iluminador muy bonito y natural. Tengo la piel mixta y clara lo compré porque no me gustan los iluminadores con brillantina y escuché a Lisa Eldridge recomendar este. Me alegro de haberlo encontrado es un poco caro pero viene bastante producto yo creo que me durará años y el dosificador es muy cómodo. Me llego mucho antes de lo que esperaba, unos 8 días antes de hecho.

Ich habe den shimmering skin perfector als Make Up Grundlage benutzt oder um meiner Foundation etwas mehr glow zu geben. Es war alles in allem sehr gut und ich würde ihn mir trotz dem hohen Preis wieder nachkaufen da meine Haut damit sehr schön frisch aussah.

wird seinem Ruf gerecht. Ergiebig, gut aufzutragen, überzeugendes Ergebnis, wirklich gelungenes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Bin eher blass, daher wurde es Perlmutt, für mich passt das super.

I have read and heard about this product for so long that I had to try it. Most of Youtube make-up gurus rave about it non-stop. I have to admit that I was not sure if it was going to be so good but it actually is. The product is very subtle, a light radiance on the skin and not greasy and does not leave my skin looking shiny like a disco ball. I do not know if it actually perdects my skin, but it works as a highlighter just fine. I will repurchase, although one bottle can last a long while, as you just need the tiniest amount for your face.
