Aurora Camera CareCamera Sensor & Lens Cleaning Kits (Micro Four Thirds)

I watched the instruction video and followed exactly. It, however, left streak and messed up the sensor. I placed other brand hopefully that will remove the streak on the sensor. I wonder if I can file a claim for messing up the sensor for my camera.
