I don’t remember. But there are directions that come with it.

How long after applying is it safe to be in the water/shower/sweating outside?

As soon as you apply them you can go outside. In water or shower they will start to roll up and fade away.

Does these have any skin effects?

It didn’t on my teenager and she has somewhat sensitive skin.

How do you apply the tatoo?

They are very easy to apply. Cut out the tattoo of your choice. Peel off the clear film. Get a washcloth wet with warm water and wring out Place the tattoo in place and cover with the warm washcloth. Hold for about 30 to 60 seconds. They last me about a week.
