I wanted to give these frames five stars, I really did. They're pretty, they come with plexiglass in them, and they're a great deal for the price! It may not be as much of an issue with a normal photo, but I bought these to put some crafts in. And there's just a little too much give between the mat and the frame, and the plexiglass and the frame, so that I ended up using Scotch tape to secure the corners before I could even put my picture in the frame. The back cardboard piece goes in pretty well, although it took me a minute to figure out how to use the metal fasteners. But once I did, they work pretty well. You just have to push down on them and start from an angle and then they will fit into the groove on the frame.So basically, it took a lot more work to put my pieces in each frame then I thought it would, but they do turn out really nice looking if you take the time to secure the plexiglass and the mat before you add your work. Otherwise, I would have been worrying that it would constantly move around..

These frames are great! Purchased for my daughter’s college apartment. They come packaged very nicely. Nothing was broken. It comes with a mat, but we didn’t need it so I just left it behind her prints in case she wants to use them in the future. The glass is protected with a removable film on both sides that you take off before using. The glass itself is thin but that’s okay. Frames seem sturdy and much better quality than a discount store version. We purchased the natural wood color, and it’s perfect for my daughter’s beachy theme.

I think they are good quality for the price but they can scratch easy. For hanging they work and are less likely to be scratched so for me its fine but might be something with thinking about. They also aren't super thick or heavy, that could be a pro or con. Sometimes the heavier frames are more sturdy or better quality but the lighter ones are easy to move around and hang. And although these aren't the best frames in the world they still are good and definitely worth the price considering how many you get
