The only problem I have is that it just stop working within and hour. How do I seen it back to get another one or my money back.

I absolutely love this deep fryer I can cook chicken on one side and fish on the other at the same time however when I took it to my mother's house to use during a cook out she was cooking hot wings on both sides and her lights were going out she lives in a fairly new house but for some reason the deep fryer was tripping her electrical breaker box With both sides in use. I didn't have that problem at my house though. When the unit is filled to the Max fill line it takes about 12 or 13 minutes for it to heat up to the 350 degrees mark. It cooks a basket full of fish and about out 16 to 20 minutes depending on how crispy you want it and it cooks a basket full of chicken in about 22 to 26 minutes depending on how crispy you want it. We like our chicken crispy so we will sometimes cook it for about 30 minutes to get that extra crispiness. We usually cook with the unit unit on 340 to 350ﾟ.

I usually don’t write reviews if they aren’t good. I just figure I got a Friday product from the factory. But I wanted to say that this product was a big disappointment. After about 3 uses one side stopped working but I kept using the other side. Today it stopped. So one side almost made it a year.

I fry everything. Probably pay for that in my later years lol. But I have been through my share of fryers. I love this one. Good size and great to cook wings and fries simultaneously. Use it all the time. Not disappointed. Happy frying to you!

cooks very well

I had a fry daddy but got tired of having to change the oil when after frying fish and now wanting to fry chicken. The dual reservoir is just what you'll need. I use one side for frying chicken products and the other for seafood. This unit is perfect.. This will make a perfect fathers day gift!

I love being able to fry 2 different foods at the same time saves me time and allows me to serve both foods at the same time. Clean up is so easy too.

Ordered this with high Hope's. It failed me. One side stopped working almost immediately and the "1 year warranty" is words not an actual thing. Wasted money would not buy again!

C'était pour faire de la friture, mais après 2 1/2 mois, il y a un côté qui ne fonctionne plus. Le gros problème c'est que, quand tu ne parle pas anglais, personne ne s'occupe de toi ! Je veux un remboursement. Ça ne vaut pas le prix demandé.
