Works great with a few adjustments
This worked great. I would recommend like an accessory pack with it or something though including maybe 2 more baseball hooks and 2 more hooks on the bottom. The durability could be better however my husband added a couple screws on the bottom 2 sides to help secure it to the wall and add extra support. We also added a screw under the bars on the bottom where you would hang things. We put baseball bags and folding chairs on the hooks. The bars themselves could be stronger. Otherwise with our adjustments it works as it should and we love it so far. Also, you are not able to fit 4 basketballs on too rack which stinks. We pushed the one in the middle so it's not all the way in but stays. We didnt try to put baseballs up because we have a basket for them so I used the bottom rack for roller blades and a hammock, and the other rack for helmets. I added a few key hooks on the bottom to hang more chairs but like I said we had to add a screw or the bar was gonna bend.

Great storage
Perfect size to organize and store sports equipment and toys. It was easy to put together and easy to mount. Reasonable price for the quality. I would buy it again.

Installation is easy so long as you have rubber mallet
Good product. Not super heavy duty but does the job for the price. Loaded up with bats, mitts, basketballs and footballs and no concerns about ability to hold up. a rubber mallet. A regular hammer could damage the poles. You need a rubber mallet. They are bendable, kind of like weak curtain rods, but they are fine once inserted into the frame. Takes some solid hits from rubber mallet to insert rods into plastic frame. I found it very easy to assemble and hang, and did it alone in about ten minutes. The hardest part may be when you screw one end in and have other end hanging there. I just put a step stool below it and rested the end on there. Also, one review says there are two screws. I just ordered mine in May of 2019 and it came with four screws, two for the top and two for the bottom. Not sure if older version had two screws but new one has four. I found studs for all four screws so it was easy and is firmly connected to the wall.

I was surprised and disappointed. It is much bigger than it looks on ...
It functions s as designed. When I took it out of the box, I was surprised and disappointed. It is much bigger than it looks on line. That is not a bad thing. It did require me to find a different space for it than I originally intended. When laid the pieces out it reminded me of a shoe rack that I purchased from Wal Mart a few years ago. I had to get rid of it because the snap together bars that form the rack kept coming apart. The maker included literature of its other products which include as you may have guessed, shoe racks. Assembly is simple and straightforward. It has metal rods that form the racks that snap into plastic brackets on both sides. I am not fund of snap together shelving due to my shoe rack experience. Not surprising, I had a little trouble with assembly. You are required to lay it on a hard surface and tap the rods into place with a hammer. This can be problematic. If you don't use enough force, the rods pop out of place. If you use too much force you risk damaging the plastic grooves that hold the rods in place. After I got it together, I check to see if it was secure then moved it to my garage to look for a place to hang it. A couple of days later, I went to hang it and the rods began to pop out. getting them back in was difficult because I had already installed the plastic hooks on both sides. Recall, you have to lay it on its side to tap the rods into place. I had to remove the hooks which don't appear to be designed for removal. I broke on in the process. To their credit, I called customer service and had a replacement in less than a week. After I got it together I was finally able to install it. In is slightly crooked but barely noticeable. I recommend have a second person to spot you or use of a laser to make a straight line. Although I was concerned about the rods coming out of the bracket, I believe that the metal screws that mount it to wall will prevent that. After I got all of my son's sports equipment out of crates an on the rack, I was a little disappointed. The top shelf is wide enough to hold 3 regulation size basketballs but not four. The other shelve are spaced closer together and will not accommodate a full size basketball but will hold smaller "souvenir type" basketballs and soccer balls. In short, it's okay. Not great, not bad. I think it should cost about $10.00 less. I had difficult time getting fully inflated footballs and soccer balls on some shelves. Some won't fit at others, It will hold others but there always seems to be extra space left over too small to hold what I need.

Not real sturdy, but does the job good!
I needed something to store some of the kids stuff off the garage floor with easy access. It isn't really sturdy and I was worried while putting it together and hanging it up. I hung it up myself without the help of my husband so that's pretty simple to do. It stores quite a bit for our needs. I did explain to the kids NOT to pull on it when getting stuff down because I'm afraid it would break, but so far so good. It even hangs my daughters softball bag with helmet, bat and glove which is somewhat heavy for the rack.

Hidden gem for the value
So at first glance when I pulled the parts out of the box I was initially taken back, I wasn’t sure it was the right quality for what I wanted. I decided to assemble it anyway which took under 5 mins (all you need is a rubber mallet and some common sense) once assembled I mounted it to the wall in the garage (again a two minute step) filled it with up with two kids and a coaches gear and voila, we I was pleasantly surprised with the final result.Easy to assemble, sturdy when mounted, holds quite a bit of weight, it’s not cumbersome or bulky and given the price compared to other similar items, I think we got a hidden gem.
