Works like a charm
Finally HOT WATER!! our new house had been vacant for 5+ years and the water heater just sat there…. along with everything else. we needed this very badly even though it’s a little pricey make sure not to cross thread or you’ll be screwed says my dad.

Perfect fit
Fit my Richmond water heater perfect. I recommend adding more Teflon tape because the amount on there was not enough. Replaced because my water heater burner and pilot would cut out after heating the water up, even when set on very low.

Good replacement for crappy original
Worked like a charm, best advice I can give before replacing.... TURN OFF THE WATER, seriously I felt like I was holding back a charging bull trying to replace this gas valve. It fit like a charm though.
