How tall are the miniatures?

The miniatures are in 28mm scale (this is usually the average measurement from feet to eyes on the figure). Actual may vary. For example Grog is 39mm tall (about 1 1/2") and Scanlan only 25mm tall. Base diameter ranges from 20mm (Scanlan and Pike), to 25mm (Grog, Percival, Keyleth, Vax, Vex) to 50mm (Trinket).

Are these already primed?

They are not primed. Come cast in grey PVC. Wash with soapy water and dry before priming/painting.
