You will be told that you have a 30 day return policy when you purchase this unit. The instruction booklet, that accompanies this unit, specifies that the initial usage frequency should be daily for three months or until condition resolves per a physician. I followed these instructions and used it daily for three months. At that time I had no relief of my condition and I then continued to use if for another month. There was absolutely no change in my condition at the end of four months. I then tried to return the unit because I did not know if it simply did not do what it was advertised to do or the unit actually was malfunctioning and was not working. I was not allowed to return this unit for evaluation even though the limited Warranty that accompanies this unit was for a period of two years. It got to the point that this company would no longer take my calls. As far as I'm concerned this is a... BIG RIP OFF. Save yourself a lot of time and money and stay clear of this product

I'm very pleased with this unit, it does exactly what it says it will do. I have neuropathy in both legs and partial paralysys. My therapist recommended this machine and it has given me relief. We hope on a long term basis it will help to heal the nerves. It is not recommended by physicians because insurance doesn't pay for it. Too bad, it might help any number of people.

had hoped for an instant cure for blood flow/nerve problem to correct a drop foot condition. My PT used this equipment and I felt that it was working. Still believe that it's working. Drop foot is being corrected and also using it on knee for pain relief.

Some time gets super hot and takes long time to be hot

I am always amazed that my doctors are not familiar with this therapy for neuropathy. I experienced its use when I received physical therapy. I bought an older version in 2012. This "new" and improved version is much more compact and less cumbersome. I like its adaptability.

VERY PRICEY! I still have flare ups of painful neuropathy even though I use the device every day. I have only had it about a month so I am anxious to see how it performs on a longer term basis.
