It's only hydrocortisone, right? Not a whole lot to say in a review... I had purchased a small tube of the same brand because it has aloe. It had to have been very old on the shelf because it did just about nothing on a persistent small rash. After buying this from Amazon, same brand, same product, just a larger tube, it works great ;-)

This is an excellent cream for itchy legs. I believe the Aloe makes the difference.
