The machine stopped working in less than two months. The reservoir leaks at the hot water dispensing point, and the switch for adjusting the coffee volume is completely nonfunctional. Our last Bunn lasted 30 years—this one has been nothing but trouble.

Installation too a while, and to set up and regulate. Works well.

We ordered this because we had such good results from an older Bunn. Bunn the old one developed a leak after years of use. We decided that since we were going to replace it, we should upgrade. We set this one up and did each step in the instructions...carefully. Over time we ended up doing each step in the process six times trying to get the coffee maker to consistently fill a carafe. We get half pots, overrun pots, etc. And no matter what we get it will take far too long in comparison to our old one. Now we have a $600 paperweight sitting next to a cheap Black and Decker drip coffeemaker so we can at least have coffee consistently. We tried calling for support but end up in the endless loop on hold. I would love to give this a better review, but can only give what it deserves at this time.
